Ultimately, The rights Abhimanyu got from filing a custody case (Akshara allowing regular visits) were taken away the moment the custody case is put on hold. This is why I never thought custody case to be a wrong move because in a civil society all disputes are handled by judiciary, your being nice to someone or fulfilling your duty doesn't guarantee that your rights won't be violated

Co Parenting is not an option if only one side has to do everything and other will show complete disregard for child's father

The problem with co-parenting is that Ak doesn’t want it. She doesn’t want to tell Abhir that Abhimanyu is his biological father (rain conversation between Ak and AbhiM) and wants to limit their interactions (conversation after restraining order where she says you can meet Abhir once a month).

Don’t think AbhiM has been asking for full custody until the court case but he want his son to know that he is his father not just docman.

If Ak keeps her stand of not telling Abhir then custody is the only way for AbhiM to get past this as Ak is not ready to listen or agree to any reasoning. That is how I see it.

Hey babe!

Thank you so much for this post! With so many posts against Abhimanyu, I was wondering if I would ever see one from his perspective.

Abhimanyu withdrew the custody case because he had his child's best interests at heart, which makes him the best parent among the 3 atm. I also don't think Abhimanyu thought of fully separating Abhir from Akshara-Abhinav. All he wanted was to be a part of Abhir's life as he has already missed so many years of Abhir growing up - any parent would feel the same.

And like you said, co-parenting is not one-sided. It all stems from mutual agreement on what would ensure the child's welfare.

Even if Abhir himself wanted to go back to Kasauli, they could have told him to hang around until his docman comes back so that he can say bye to him. I don't think Abhir would have kicked up a fuss, considering how attached he is to Abhimanyu.

In Uk these courses are available for elderly who missed the technology bus so that could be a start 🤣 I’ll sponsor her course for my sanity 😂

baki her actually using effective communication will take a long time to happen. Woh ram barose hai, ab tak nahin sekhi tho patha nahin kab shekhegi 😂🤣

Gajab post 👍👍👍😂😂😂

Abhinav's name is written in the birth certificate, so not really.

I think depends upon case to case.

Exactly! Infact, Abhir has always given an out for telling Abhi. Every time he has mentioned that you need to ask permission from Abhi cause he will be worried. Even the kid knows that is important without knowing anything about custody stuff. If they simply told him the truth, that they couldn't contact Docman, he would have said lets wait for him to get back. This is just Ak's zidd and refusal to accept Abhi as her child's father.
