Logically it should be akshara and at most abhimanyu can get joint custody. But since the writers are totally illogical and definitely high on something I am sure it will be abhimanyu. Because he will either give up abhir to akshara because abhir will be miserable in birla house and redeem himself, or abhir will hate him for taking him from his papa and tell him that he hates him and then he will get some realization or akshara will have a mental and health breakdown once the verdict comes and then abhimanyu will have some realization. Or manjari will say something nasty about akshara in court and akshara will breakdown and then abhimanyu will stand up for akshara.
