In reality, Abhimanyu can never win full custody of Abhir unless Akshara can be proven mentally incapable but for the sake of TRP maybe they will show Abhimanyu winning or getting joint custody where Abhir stays with him half the time and stays with Akshara the other half. Looks like Akshara might go beg in front of Manjiri, she doesn’t agree and decides to take Abhir somewhere without consent and Akshara files for a restraining order. This results in Abhimanyu filing for custody. Right now Abhimanyu doesn’t seem like he wants to go that route because he knows it will get ugly and is not healthy for the child. However, he does want Abhir to know the truth after surgery so he can call him papa and spend time with him. Not sure how he was planning on telling the truth but still I don’t think Abhimanyu will take Abhir anywhere since he’s done that already but this time Manjari will do the deed.

I still don't understand after all this how will even win custody he might get joint joint or something but still it don't make sense in this track as ak is the one who went so much for the child so logically ak ko jeethe dekhna hei and aise hi hota aaya hei. The one who files does not win. And also it is clearly fight between two mothers and ak has to win as she has being the one wronged.
