I want him to apologize once nav character end in the show as currently apologizing looks really wierd.

Abhi is reacting to Abhir with too much enthusiasm because he is being kept away from his kid. The dude has no access to his kid's life so he will be overexcited at the slightest opportunity to spend time with him.

But AB can never win why because

1. if AB shows more concern towards Abhir over Ruhi "ohhhh AB is hurting Ruhi .how selfish he is .he never loved Ruhi".

2. if Abhi prioritizes Ruhi over Abhir slightly then"AK knows this will happen that is why she hides the truth from AB. Continue...

But Abhi I thought you were smart enough to understand if u were being manipulated or all your controls r for Akshu only?

Ak thinks that the way she controls Nav, she can do the same with Abhimanyu. He found out that he has a son & she tells him that his joy & love for Abhir is too great & must stop. It’s she who can turn her love on & off, & he’s guided by his heart

I know people keep saying that, but ultimately it's not the kid's choice. From my knowledge, such small kids are not supposed to even appear in court. Their own bias is not considered. If Abhi can prove that :

1. Ak is irresponsible ( which he can cause she didn't go to goenkas for help while pregnant and she miscarried due to her own negligence )

2. Nav is incompetent ( which is also possible cause now Nav has no proper source of income )

3. Abhir will need lifelong care for his condition ( Doctor family >> Driver family)

4. He can provide just as stable of a home ( by Marrying Arohi )

5. He is a good father ( Arohi testimony with regards to Ruhi )

He may actually win the custody settlement.

On the other hand, Ak can show she tried to call but was rejected, the divorce right after the miscarriage, how good their life in Kasauli was, how they got the money together for Abhir's surgery, how much a child needs their own mother, etc.

When she can take decision of declaring him as a bad father she carries no right to question. Currently arohi can question abhi as roohi's mother. But akshu carries no right to question neither she is roohi's mom. Nor abhi's mom and not even his wife 😁
