I just have one thing to say about the precap, if abhimanyu took abhir without telling his parents he needs to get arrested!! No matter how you look at it, it is kidnapping. Even biological parents who do not have primary custody cannot take a child without informing someone else. Even if I am taking my son with me I still let my husband know that my son is with me. Imagine not knowing where your kid went. What kind of a human being is abhi. Where the hell is the redemption. At this point they are making him out to be a monster who is willfully putting down the legal parents, throwing a tantrum, refusing to have a logical conversation, taunting and terrorizing a mother whose son is critically sick and now kidnapping that child as well. He is pushing akshara towards a mental breakdown. HC fans can hail this and justify this, but if it was any other show or any other artist playing a character who was doing this they would be called the villain of the show

Abhinav knows that Abhimanyu is Abhir's father. He never denies those rights. But what Abhinav also knows is that he himself is also the father of Abhir. The father who was actually there for him from birth. The father who the kid looks up to.

Abhinav isn't even asking for a thank you. He just wants to be treated as an equal father. Abhinav never rejected Abhimanyu's rights. Abhinav is trying to convey his love for Abhir in this scene. His care as a father. He is trying to convey how he wasn't the one who rejected Abhimanyu's rights. Abhinav truly loves Abhir.

Abhinav's love is selfless love. He will do anything to make his son happy. Even if it means drifting apart for him. If Abhimanyu conversed with him properly even once I am sure Abhinav would have supported Abhir and Abhimanyu to develop a deeper bond. Like he always has in fact! He never wanted the bio-father son duo to drift apart. In fact he himself made several situations to make them come closer. Abhinav was never insecure of the duo. By manipulating the situation with his own lies and kidnapping Abhir, Abhimanyu is just making the situation worse for himself. He is a POS not Abhinav.

Abhinav is merely giving Abhimanyu a reality check about the situation! Abhinav wasn't the one who rejected Abhir at birth. Abhinav was the one who cared for Abhir when the latter needed it the most. He has rights over the latter as a father. It was Abhimanyu's anger which made him lose his son! Only if he bothered to listen for F's sake. Only if he didn't abuse his wife verbally, mentally, and physically as well! It is physical abuse to throw your wife who suffered a miscarriage 24 hours ago out imho! The whole Birla family is an abusive house! It is not Birla house! it is a prison house! Abhinav is trying to help Abhimanyu redeem himself before the latter goes for the worse!
