Abhinav knows that Abhimanyu is Abhir's father. He never denies those rights. But what Abhinav also knows is that he himself is also the father of Abhir. The father who was actually there for him from birth. The father who the kid looks up to.

Abhinav isn't even asking for a thank you. He just wants to be treated as an equal father. Abhinav never rejected Abhimanyu's rights. Abhinav is trying to convey his love for Abhir in this scene. His care as a father. He is trying to convey how he wasn't the one who rejected Abhimanyu's rights. Abhinav truly loves Abhir.

Abhinav's love is selfless love. He will do anything to make his son happy. Even if it means drifting apart for him. If Abhimanyu conversed with him properly even once I am sure Abhinav would have supported Abhir and Abhimanyu to develop a deeper bond. Like he always has in fact! He never wanted the bio-father son duo to drift apart. In fact he himself made several situations to make them come closer. Abhinav was never insecure of the duo. By manipulating the situation with his own lies and kidnapping Abhir, Abhimanyu is just making the situation worse for himself. He is a POS not Abhinav.

Abhinav is merely giving Abhimanyu a reality check about the situation! Abhinav wasn't the one who rejected Abhir at birth. Abhinav was the one who cared for Abhir when the latter needed it the most. He has rights over the latter as a father. It was Abhimanyu's anger which made him lose his son! Only if he bothered to listen for F's sake. Only if he didn't abuse his wife verbally, mentally, and physically as well! It is physical abuse to throw your wife who suffered a miscarriage 24 hours ago out imho! The whole Birla family is an abusive house! It is not Birla house! it is a prison house! Abhinav is trying to help Abhimanyu redeem himself before the latter goes for the worse!

He is the biological father. He has no legal right on him yet. He can file for sole or shared legal custody and then he can have visitation rights. And even if the court gives him partial legal custody he will need still to inform his mother if he wishes to take Abhir if it is not his official visitation turn. What he has done is illegal and punishable and yes this offense would be registered as a kidnapping

Abhimanyu is Abhir's father and celebrating his son's birthday is not kidnapping. Please at least read the section concerned with the crime

Abhi always prioritized his agony above hers, Akshu almost died giving birth to Abhir, but both Nav and the doctor highlighted Nav's selflessness in saving her son! And today, Nav says that Abhi's pain is greater than Akshu's fear! Disgusted!!!

I think he is not saying that he is a good father or anything. He is trying to explain his situation to Abhimanyu

Abhimanyu's point is that Abhinav took his son from him and Abhinav is explaining why and how he decided to be a father to Abhir

Wondering how AbhiRa is supposed to be an endgame after all this bitterness....

My dear friend u need to chk the definition of kidnapping. When abhinav takes abhir without telling akshu, THAT is kidnapping 🤣
