Yes and any one has to justify their likings some people watch yrkkh for colors. Some ppl watch it for drama . Some ppl watch it for lead couple. I watch it for abhir and abhimanyu bonding.

We can like whatever we want just targetting one fd and saying abhira fans come here and justify is sort of don't go well with me.

Just want to say one thing.. Even Abhira fans are same. They also do name calling and indulge in all sorts of wars. Taali dono haath se bajhthi. Ok if you want to support leads support na but they leave no opportunity to insult other actors or characters for every small scene. That is why fans supporting other actors get annoyed.

Yes fictional characters are not real people but passing off classist, casteist, sexist prejuduces under the garb of fiction is like crying wolf.

Own up to why you have these biases or hatred for characters

I don't care about anyone enough to hate them 🤦‍♀️ they are fictional characters and I don't even care about them enough to love them and attack/abuse real people because they don't like my favourite character

Same. I have seen these posts regularly to attack Abhira fans and their views, I just replied to bring this to Moderator's attention

Rest is upto them 😆

i will not deny that. But how many posts you see on the forum everyday which bashes navra. Or abhinav. People even stopped making posts in order to avoid negative comments and moral policing from navra fans. Only few brave people has courage to do so. Rest all stick to on thread and they don't come out as they had enough.

They only share funny things about navra in the thread in order to not to make navra uncomfortable by creating a big big posts.

There are two sects of people people who like navra and people who like abhira.

People who like abhira are majorly og fans as they have seen the show from the beginning they know all the flaws in both the leads.

People who like navra can be og fans who are looking for a different story or navra fans.

OG abhira fans knows more about abhira and they don't judge abhi on one day incident.

New fans just want to judge everything on that white day. Even if old fans try to explain abhi was not wrong the only thing i saw was throwing miscarried women is correct? Was it not script demand. If they want to support navra i don't mind but people should understand there are different set of ppl and they want something else atleast make it not too uncomfortable for them to even share their opinion.

Reread what my statement said rather than reiterating your original comment.

I have issues with regressive prejudices being justfied by projecting them on fiction (Hating on Abhinav for being an orphan or a driver for example) rather than people hating on characters.

I don't remember anyone bringing up Abhira's social background while criticising them but ad hominen statements get passed off behind the shield of a fictional character like Abhinav or Roohi, or Vinu or Pakhi (who was being shamed as "kokhless" on Ghum forum just yesterday)

Now coming to your second point, No it was not ok to call akshara reason of sirat's death. But why he said that it is possible that you are reason of sirat's death?
Answer is my first reply. Baar baar samjane ke baad and baar baar request karne ke baad bhi akshara throughout the pregnancy apne babies ko risk par daalti rahi, kabhi dangerous forest stunts toh kabhi goons ke paas le ja kar.

Dekho many people started watching after Jay joined so yeah they will not support what they saw on white day.

And some original fans were already against Abhimanyu with Aarohis first marriage breakup..

Some people like me don't like Abhimanyus behavior after marriage as I found him too controlling as husband

And even Akshara is bashed very much. But people don't mind that. I think it's Abhimanyu vs Abhinav now. Before it was Abhimanyu vs Aarohi. All Aarohi fans left the forum because Abhira fans started reporting them for every posts. Abhinav is good guy and uski bashing annoys people. Abhimanyu lot of them like because deep down they love Harshad and uski bhi bashing annoys people.

And daily thread which I don't know if it's still same because I don't visit anymore but some time ago every post they used to bash acha aadmi.

Other thing I forgot to mention.. They justify bashing Abhinav because he is taking leads screenspace. Matlab yeh Kya BAAT hui. If your watching for leads someone else might be watching for Abhinav na. And Abhinav is not deciding screenspace for him. They call them nepostic without any proof.

Yeah I think like you said no one's opinion is going to change by these posts but atleast both sides can take a step to respect each other's opinions. If some section of audience is watching for leads, some is also watching for story and changes.

Wait so some people are going to come here and preach what they don't practice themselves?

People can say and express whatever they want. They can support a couple or dislike a couple but who are we to question what they should say and what they shouldn't? If the writer of this post expressed their opinion, who are we to come and defend a fandom who does the same if not worse? If we don't like a specific person on this forum or our views don't align with them, we simply have the option not to waste our time by replying to their post.

I replied to some people thinking I can have a healthy argument, but they responded back with the dumbest illogical stuff that made no sense, so I stopped associating with them instead of degrading them for their opinion.

Just like I am an HC fan and have been watching all his shows since I was a kid, there are people who are hard core Abhira fans, some love the character of Nav, others love Akshara and Nav as a couple, and some just watch it because it ye rishta and all of these people are completely normal and are free to express their feelings. I don't care who ends with who, I only watch it for HC and will watch it until he's here but again if I am not liking his character, I will not defend it and just like that I am open to praise who I like and what I like.

For example, someone said HC fans are blind and toxic but I didn't take that and started degrading them for their opinion. It's not personal, its not against me. They feel that way because they probably came across some people but that doesn't mean all of us are the same and nor do we start saying why are HC fans always being targeted.

I have a lot of time to kill right now trust me a lot before I start practicing law so I do come on here and read stuff and trust me the fandom that is being defended is the most disrespectful fandom I've ever seen and they don't hesitate making fun of those who don't agree with them or who are not part of their fandom. So if people can get irritated and express themselves, don't degrade them or be judgmental towards them. Have heathy debates and those who cant should be simply ignored.

Abusing people for any of this is not justified as I said there are Moderators to regulate the forum, we can report the post or bring things to their attention. If you see someone making casteist/classist or racist remarks then call them out

Discussing one incident in a separate thread by calling them blind and what not is not correct

Do you not see this as mocking handicapped people? Is "blind" something which can be used for abusing people?

None has made a casteist or classist or sexist remak in this thread, so what are we calling out exactly?

If you are looking for issues, you can look for them everywhere

I am not oversensitive. There are real issues in real life
