How can Akshara justify hurting her sister and her kid once more for her own and her sons happiness. It is amazing how short sighted the creatives are. There is no easy way out of this mess without making Abhi or Akshu or both into heartless villains

This particular mess I feel is Abhimanyu's to be tackled. Also, Arohi's.

Nor was Akshara's opinion asked or taken or considered when the engagement was announced and she has rightfully stayed at a distance.

As far as the paternity truth goes, she just thinks they'll take her son away, she does not have any hopes for reconciliation. In her head for now this relationship is done and dusted. And even if she cares it's just about Abhir and Abhinav's emotions for now. The paternity truth also is primarily between the biological and adopted parents. What other people think should not be the narrative, just an opinion.

Other people specially a manipulative elder person like Manjiri, the same sister Arohi and the Birlas are responsible for the DV shown six years ago, there has to be some consequence for their silence and actions right? They'll face the consequences maybe in this manner, they don't even seem to have any guilt for it, not one apology yet to Akshara!

Furthermore, Arohi has never really been punished for her wrongs from before except for that one time her license was suspended...she was a calculative emotion less person pre-leap who was shown to be faking love and using Neil to get into the Birla empire.

Now that she finally seems to be forming some genuine emotions of hope, she might get her first real heartbreak! (Neil she was cheating till two days before his death, so it was sad that she was widowed at such an young age but the marriage was without love, love was genuine only from Neil's side)

The only undeserving collateral damage here will be little Ruhi.

They'd have something in mind because even if the narration is through the primary character's the plot moves only through the kids.

Though I heard somewhere according to Indian law that once there is a divorce and the mother finds out after she is pregnant she has the right to decide to inform or not inform the biological father of the child.

Anyone can confirm this?

The writers don't go by logic most of the time but they can write logical when they want to so who knows what they are trying to show.

Like I'm not sure did Akshu or Abhinav forge the birth certificate? Or they decided on that day when Akshu made that pact she created the last name Sharma for Abhinav and she registered the birth certificate that way to hide Abhir's identity? If she did that then I don't understand why Akshu would be worried that Abhi would somehow figure it out?

As far as Abhi is concern based on logical train of thought:

1) Akshu and him divorced

2) 7 months later she gives a voice text message informing she is getting married

3) base on Bade Papa's dialogue 2 years later the Goenkas found out she had kid

So as far as he understands it Abhir is Akshu and Abhinav's kid. That is probably why he doesn't understand why he is so connected and attached to Abhir. The only people he has that heart connection is with his Mom, Neil, and Akshu. Mom and Neil are blood related. Akshu is the love of his life. So I guess you could say Abhi should logically think Abhir is his son. But he has no physical proof. Everything is against it in that department. Abhi is a very practical person so he unfortunately needs proof sometimes to understand things.

Interesting point re finding about the child after divorce, but in this case, she was pregnant before divorce. Could there be counter argument that a mother led a child's father to believe his child is dead and therefore her normal rights are forfeited in this instance?

Lets not rack our brains about indian law, this is DKP school of law, only lord here is AA(Navmaa as he referred to these days). Similar to DKP school of medicine, where kangaroo care is someone cradling the baby for 4 days fully clothed🤣

Kangaroo care, as I understand(Priyanka, correct me if I am wrong) is when you hold the baby upright and there is skin to skin contact. It is only done for shorter durations and usually by mothers holding the body close to their breasts so the baby feels like she/he is still in mothers womb. At least this is what I was told when one of my twin was in the incubator and was asked to hold him close for 1 hr or so. What is shown here is a man cradling the baby for 4 days without sleeping, eating, not even getting up to pee that too in a hospital, which I am sure was well equipped otherwise the best obstetrician wouldnt have been in that hospital.

We are not expecting greys anatomy here, but given they have shown a family of doctors, I would have expected makers to at least take google's help before showing such non sense to completely disregard the role of a mother and put a stranger on a pedestal. Pathetic.

That is what is the most frustrating thing. Some people think we are purposely finding fault for the character. But we trolled Abhi when he did throat surgery on Akshu with that butter knife. Till this day we still haven't figured out what kind of doctor he is. Everyone says he is a heart doctor. But we have also seen him do consultations for minor accidents. And apparently is such a good surgeon he does surgery for everyone that walks through Birla hospital. We use to joke that he is the hospital 🤣

I was being sarcastic in my predictions. I am on the lines of nothing really serious is going to happen and just more drag but Makers are hoping fun dancing will keep our minds off of the fact that nothing has really moved the story forward.

But I do agree on your responses.

Yes kangaroo mother care is skin to skin contact and how you explained …but I’ve personally not looked at medical details in this show from long before …remember akshara’s surgery…and then post that so many surgeries ….

Good let him start practising fighting with his mom for AR first. It will be easier cause it’s AR and KM may not take offence. Then he can stand up for AK ( wishful thinking) or then KM will not like it her son is going against her for AR
