They left a loophole for that pre-leap...Arohi conceiving was a mystery and IVF was mentioned somewhere unrelated and left open ended.

But that'd be cruel plot line to show for Ruhi ..so not sure if they even have a plan! Maybe this better improved whitewashed Arohi herself backs off or they go with a long term co-parenting route.

This gen also has a trend of scrapping whole tracks overnight. The last leap was nullified in a couple of days, the actors didn't even get a proper ending to their track. They just vanished overnight. Though I don't feel that is possible for Abhinav considering there is a kid in picture but you never know if TRP falls they'll do anything!

even if Roohi is an IVF kid the Birlas have raised her. How are they going to justify her broken heart? Also roohi May big be Neels kid but she will still be arohis kid. How can Akshara justify hurting her sister and her kid once more for her own and her sons happiness. It is amazing how short sighted the creatives are. There is no easy way out of this mess without making Abhi or Akshu or both into heartless villains

This is why we joke Abhi and Akshu are the villians of everyone's life.

So the question is why don't they just leave the villians alone? If you know you got burned once by them then why are you going back to them to get burned again?

It’s high time they turn into heartless villains. Right from word go AK has been this self sacrificing human. Misplaced loyalties. I have not been seeing the episodes recently. But if it’s true she doesn’t want AB to know cause she doesn’t want AA to loose his rights I don’t know what to say. Again she is taking a decision based on what she thinks is right. I know in the past AB has told her it can’t be she thinks something is right and just follows it. Seeing someone mourning for their kid and not letting them know is so unfair. I would rather tell him and stop him from meeting the kid than not tell at all. If AB has to suffer let it be him knowing he has a son and he missed out. I want him to know so that he stops being so respectful to AR.

This situation is a double whammy because Ak has changed the legal identity of her son without consent from the biological dad. So Ab cannot just coparent. He has no rights unless Ak gives permission to do dna test. And they will have to make a new bc.

Then anyone can ask her when she had decided to tell about the baby and he was angry, why didn’t she inform her family or any other common acquaintance and get them to inform him or send him a voice or text message. If she wanted to share the news, why didn’t she use another method and why didn’t she come back with her BP? At that point she had no intention to hide the baby. Taking a middle man’s help is what what any rational person would do for something as big as a baby news. Do you think any court will accept a reason that I got angry when he ignored my 2 calls, and I decided to not only cut off all communication with him but also hide the news from my own family and without informing anyone decided to make my friend the legal father. Even with divorced couples, the biological father is the father, isn’t it, because the baby was conceived before the divorce? His name should be on the bc and to let another man adopt his son, isn’t his consent needed?

I don’t know law, so I’m looking for the right answer. All I can say is if ITV lets a man become his son’s uncle in his ignorance, it is morally wrong and I’m not sure how well it will be received by people.

I agree things are getting complicated.

Though I heard somewhere according to Indian law that once there is a divorce and the mother finds out after she is pregnant she has the right to decide to inform or not inform the biological father of the child.

Anyone can confirm this?

The writers don't go by logic most of the time but they can write logical when they want to so who knows what they are trying to show.

Like I'm not sure did Akshu or Abhinav forge the birth certificate? Or they decided on that day when Akshu made that pact she created the last name Sharma for Abhinav and she registered the birth certificate that way to hide Abhir's identity? If she did that then I don't understand why Akshu would be worried that Abhi would somehow figure it out?

As far as Abhi is concern based on logical train of thought:

1) Akshu and him divorced

2) 7 months later she gives a voice text message informing she is getting married

3) base on Bade Papa's dialogue 2 years later the Goenkas found out she had kid

So as far as he understands it Abhir is Akshu and Abhinav's kid. That is probably why he doesn't understand why he is so connected and attached to Abhir. The only people he has that heart connection is with his Mom, Neil, and Akshu. Mom and Neil are blood related. Akshu is the love of his life. So I guess you could say Abhi should logically think Abhir is his son. But he has no physical proof. Everything is against it in that department. Abhi is a very practical person so he unfortunately needs proof sometimes to understand things.

Alright. But if this isn't the case, a complaint should be filed against dkp with the i and b ministry. 😡
