I think uska patta katne wala hai. Neither he acts good nor looks good with pranali. Acha hai. He may have got the money but he lost all respect among his audience those who supported him since decades

I compared pre leap TRP relatively (Oct 22 to Dec 22) versus post leap TRP (Jan 23 to last week March). In this period, Imlie overtook YRKKH many times , even Faltu sometimes overtook YRKKH. YRKKH had slipped to the fourth often (even fifth position and I believe I saw a TRP of 1.8 too) rarely a solo third position during this period but post leap almost always third and sometimes solo third as well. So, yes, I do say Abhinav, Kasauli has been accepted by TRP audience by this logic.

If people do prefer Abhinav, they will want to see Akshara with him. OG ships almost always more craze unless the hero is always juggling between 2 women after marriage like Vanraj or Virat. Plus NavRa never had the scenes that AbhiRa have had either (this week is more NavRa, so let's see next week TRPs) and they can't either as if they have a love story, it will be when they are parents not youth passed out from college. So far, there hasn't even been a proper face to face love confession.

Again, I have not seen TRPs not reducing if the FL tells the ML directly that she prefers being with the parallel lead than him. A definite achievement for NavRa than only Abhinav, I would say.

What is that unpredictability that is selling? I am not clear about you are saying.

I don't know about future TRPs, maybe people will find NavRa boring or maybe they will enjoy the domestic vibes like me. Coming week's will make things more clear as this week has seen definite NavRa progress.

YRRKH did fall to 1.8 pre leap, without Nav once. So, 2.2 is not the lowest TRP managed for YRRKH - Gen 3. Like I mentioned earlier, post leap TRPs have been relatively better compared to the last 3 months of pre leap. YRKKH was slipping in relative ranking more often than not. No maker will rock a sailing boat and take a leap when the numbers are good.

Why do you call Abhinav 'accha aadmi' then? I ask because I have only seen AbhiRa shippers calling him that.

You didn't understand my point. TRP is not solely due to the actors. Initially yes, but afterwards, it is the storyline that hooks the audience. Same goes with movies. Actors such as Ranbir Kapoor can guarantee a 10cr opening but rest depends on the content.

I was trying to say ki let Akshara and Nav carry the show forward on their own without relying on Abhi's shoulder and then see what happens. Season 3 has got trps below 2.0 on very very few occasions. On average, it has maintained 2.5 trp and this is just Abhira centric episodes mind you so Abhira's worst trp days are today's best trp days... I remember members used to say 2.5 trp is bad and now its good? Personally, I look at ranking so for me show has always even good in season 3 minus on 3 occasions.

Nahi baba. If a couple is popular, it is quite evident trust me. See I'll give example of The Vampire Diaries - the female lead had 2 guys going for her but both of the couples had good fandoms even when the second love story had not even begun. So not necessarily true that you need lovey dovey scenes in order to obtain popularity.

They haven't had a face off maybe because Akshara isn't quite there yet? Idk but for me, music was the main factor for Abhira. It was their soul connection so Nav first needs to learn about her real passion first and then they can build the love story. Tab muje lagega ke chalo Akshara is truly ready to move on. Otherwise it just feels like makers are taking audience for fools (which they are).

@BOLD Nothing like that. I have seen shows like Kausati and DMG where FL have had other partners and trps used to soar.

They said even Naira and Kartik track was getting poor trps and Abhira saved the show but not really. Season 2 also generated similar trps, it's just people do get bored of watching the same thing after a while and hence new things have to be introduced. All shoes which rely on lead pair, face same consequence and then makes introduce leaps and all to spice things up.

I use acha admi because Nav has been shown to be overly positive and this would have been fine had they not butchered the main lead's characters in the process. It feels as if everyone can do wrong but Nav which is not really realistic is it. See movies like Hum dil de chucke sanam, they introduced 3rd angles like ajay devgan character but not at the expense of Sameer aka Salman Khan's character. Ajay's character did not feel unrealistic nor did Sameer have to become slightly negative to make ajay shine. That's the difference between a character like acha admi and a character like Vanraj (Ajay's character). Former feels forced down my throat, latter feels natural.

Same goes for KKHH. Salman's character was full of sugar but SRK's character wasn't butchered to make Prem great.

I guess Abhira fans such as myself are disappointed because for us, Abhi's character was ruined to introduce the leap and Nav which isn't really nice for the fans but oh well.

People may prefer acha admi but there is no real craze for Akshara and Nav as compared to what Abhira had and this is evidenced by the fact that Abhira still win best Jodi awards, still rank number 1 in polls.

For now there is this newness, this question mark about what is to happen hence people like myself (who hate the current track) are watching to see the tamsha as it is not exactly predictable and this unpredictability is what is selling. That's the difference I see.

I personally don't think the trp would go to 3.0 ever again even during the paternity reveal track and that is the most anticipated track after the leap (might go to 2.8 or something). Initially when the show starts and the the leads confess, theres a trp rise of every show like for example if a show is getting 1.0 it will go to 1.5 so if ye rishta was somewhere around 2.5 it went up to 3.0. Right now as long as they stay in the top 3, the makers will be fine but as soon as they start falling, they will make some changes. It doesn't look like the trp is going to fall really low because people are still hooked to the show and makers know that very well but it can start to fall after the reunion depending on what track they bring after.

No..i personally find js a limited actor.. I agree sgp was popular due to badi ma and suhana more than anyone else...I don't think he sits well with akshu either ..I like his character but not the actor. But at the same time I no longer want to see abhimanyu with akshu ...specially when arohi has been made so important here and bec of their past story ...

So I really don't care which way it goes ..

My only point is that makers don't care abt a particular actor or jodi or chemistry..they know how to exploit each to run their show ..I didn't expect aby trps post the leap but they did it..yrkkh is at #3 ,consistently post leap...the longer abhira are separated , there will be an intrigue factor if they will come together and how ..they will do anything to make it possible till the trps run high ..

As far as prev gen actors there should be no comparison as they r the ones who brought yrkkh to this level ..they were all good in their own right ..personally I feel abhira r the worst amongst the three. Yes km was a bit weak in acting but he played his role sincerely and a wide range of audience accepted him ..let's not ruin their 8 yrs of hardwork by saying only abhira runs the show.

dunno about confession time but abhira shadi also didn't get above 2.3 . And it was a down slide from there. 1.8 to 2.2 ...

The couples shadi is the high point of yrkkh , it has always been ..naksh wedding brought them to the top and kaira shadi also..for months trps were near 3 ..but abhira shadi was a dud , what followed was a disaster. Who would do that to their own show ? Fl ki dukh bhari kahani and tears bring trps so they did it ..it backfired 😆Phir ache se kiya in leap 2. N it worked.

I used to watch YRRKH - Gen 1 on TV but I remember nothlng much except my family complaining about 1 month long shadi of Akshara - Naitik. 😆

Gen 2, I watched till KaiRa confession and then left again. (As I am typing this, I realise I have rarely seen a full serial / Gen 😆). Didn't see KaiRa or Naksh wedding. Later, saw in bits and pieces when episodes were hyped on 🐦.

Watched the beginning of Gen 3. Liked Harshad, the Girls, sorry to say, no. Plus, Harshad, Pranali and Karishma looked misfit with each other to me. Then, Abhimanyu started 'roaring' and I left the show seeing some episodes of it again which was hyped on 🐦. Didn't make it till AbhiRa wedding. Saw a lot of drama for some episodes esp. the 'white' ones and came to see. Stayed back for Abhinav.

What do you think worked better with KaiRa and Naksh wedding as compared to AbhiRa wedding?

I am an Abhinav, NavRa and Sharma family fan so I am glad post leap TRPs have been mostly good and consistent for YRKKH so far. 🤞for the future TRPs too.

I don't see the point of this post.

You have limited Abhira journey to mere 3 months. Why not compare first 3 months of Abhira to first 3 months of Nav? Then the comparison is fair.

Even then, show is currently running on Abhi too whereas Abhira were managing alone before with such faltu tracks.

Anyways, if you really think it was okay for writers to change Abhi's character midway (which was most definitely done for the leap) then it doesn't seem likely you will ever understand my point. Abhi had some anger issues but he wasn't heartless and we all know how much he cared for Akshara. The change was sudden and rushed for me to digest.

Maybe if they turn Nav negative then you will see my pov.
