She's trying to throw everything that reminds her of Abhi out. But no amount of throwing will remove her memories of him no matter how hard she tries. Abhir is the biggest piece of Abhi and she cannot remove him from her life.

She's just being reactionary right now cause the pain and hurt is now back in her heart. She's trying to keep her heart from thawing so building more layers to protect herself.
