It's not his realisation of mistake.

He was still in the shock of death of his bro, his babies and specially manju drama. And AK left some other place. He never got the time to adjust to anything. Not what he lost, what is left or what he has done. He was doing his duty to settle his responsibility towards the fam. They never gave him time to process anything.

So in that blink of time he heard the news of AK had moved on and got married to someone. It's like within 7 months. So he was again heart broken. His alredy brocken 1000 piece heart broken to 10000 peices. He never thought she will forget him or will give someone else his place. The hurt anger or whatever emotions is there their love was another thing. It was strong and constant. They never doubted eo love. They know they always and only love eo. Only they can love eo the most and the purest. And it's a fact. That's why Abhi feeling betrayed. He can't think of anyone other than her. And he know she also but his belief was broken too soon. He never accepted the fact and he saw her actually happy living the life they dreamed together. They house was fully decorated with their dream. The star, the name of the boy everything. It was truly AK thing. And it hurts a lot.

One thing is clear from precap Is Abhimanyu going to do dola re dola around Akshara until she bursts out.
