Season 2 might start reminding you of yrkkh as season progresses and you might begin cursing the fact that Abhira are an ITV by product with creative limitations🤣

I think there are multiple reasons she cannot commit to a real marriage with Abhinav not just the leftover feelings for Abhi aspect.

Till now he hasn't displayed any such behavior of an expectation of conjugal life with her to her directly, she probably thinks if it hasn't happened till now it might not ahead too...that aspect of her forethoughts are a bit silly probably.

She seems to be in a bubble, where things seem perfect till now; why spoil the bubble with the very thing that destroyed her life...the illusion of love with happily ever afters. She thinks she's tougher but still there are many illusions in her escapist mind.

She had no time to process the hurt, rejection and distrust...Abhir came immediately into existence and she seems to have built many walls to keep herself and her son occupied. The past did not have a proper closure, rather an incomplete end with a constant reminder.

When she's forced to face the past, she might realise her follies close things for good or probably move on for real. Since it's ITV and Abhira are the USP of the show, the latter will happen😆

Abhinav gives off very positive vibes that's why. He's very jovial and appears almost innocent and child-like sometimes. That's why it seems both akshara and abhi find him to be someone who is easy to open up to and trust.

I so want to believe this happened for Akshu to take that drastic step. Want at least 1 character to be left somewhat intact.

She has always known Abhi cant stand Aarohi, yes she knows he is a man of extremes, but to believe he would have married her sister seems a little far fetched. Abhi has always had trust issues, but I thought Akshu didnt or did his horrendous act destroy her trust in him completely.

Whilst my heart refuses to believe Abhi is capable of what he did, my head says may be. Akshu on the other hand I find it hard to digest she has continued this fake real marriage charade. Dont know what the makers are trying to prove. May be as Ash or Choco(I think) suggested, it is just to slide in Abrohi. They are hell bent on shoving them down our throat. I end with the same question, if Abhira are the end game, how on earth are they going to untangle this mess push Aaorhi and Nav off the cliff?. Will get some satisfaction if Abhi does the honours with Aarohi(in all honestly I am not in favour of anyone dying), for once we need goenka's losing someone, blasting the mighty birlas (Kairav can take the lead here) and Abhi gets to know how it feels to be on the other side.

All said and done, to me Abhira essence is lost, I still love them but they will never be the same. I am just going to enjoy watching the adorable Abhir. Falling in love with him slowly but surely.

ITV little to no logic. The truth is our script is for the lack of a better word is "crap" plain and simple.

At least things are being built slowly this time and not super rushed. Story is going somewhere we know the things to come 1) Abhir meetin Abhi 2) Abhi and Akshu face off 3) Abhir's truth and everyone's reactions 4) How will this affect Roohi? 5) Will the Birla family dynamics change?

That is basically the goal. What is weaved in between is just cotton stuffing. Maybe some things make sense maybe some do not. Neither character truly acting the way we feel they should. They are both utterly broken. We know both are flawed and do not make the best decisions.

I am upset with Abhi and how he handled Akshu and gave that divorce. I am scratching my head going what is Akshu doing with this pretend family?

I have no feelings about Abhinav. He is just a character there to help support. Children I feel are in the worst spot due to the behaviors of the adults.

But I am just watching without thinking too logically because when we set ourselves up with expectations of an explaination that makes sense more than likely we won't get it not with this group of writers and with the way this show has been executed thus far.

I honestly believe that is the same boat most of the logical viewers like us here and everywhere on social media are doing. Complete disconnect with the original jodi. Most are watching for HC and PR who is complementing him in her prowess. Also, if HC completes this assignment, he may take a long break as usual, that is also 1 reason many like me are watching with a grumpy face.

Just watching the early episodes of this methidana couple, how Akshu was smart to defend Abhi in Ruby case and many vice versa also, makes me so angry with the writers who are celebrating now for having got 2.4 or 2.5 effing TRPs

I mean, won't he ask, why did you marry this random guy who can't even afford a good life for you? For Akshu money doesn't matter that much and she is okie with this life. She has also elevated Nav's life. Their living conditions now are obviously much better than they were before.

thats one way of looking at it. Leaving aside the financial aspect, lets look at the fake real marriage. Are trust and comfort enough for a happy marriage, thats what AK and Nav have. Dont you need love and physical intimacy. I know love and physical intimacy arent sufficient on their own either, we have seen this with Abhira, but with Nav having feelings for AK, isnt he hard done by. I am all for AK leaving an independent content life with Abhir but may be with Nav playing a supporting role not a husband or a father. Perhaps we have to agree to disagree with our views here.

I think TRP audience have a simple mind Jyothi. I dont think they over analyse like us. They will take AK selling jam and studying law as being independent. Will have to see if they accept or reject the fake real marriage. My guess is kids coming in and anticipation of Abhi Abhir meet up will nullify all other things and TRP will rise further. I am just worried makers will take this as acceptance 😡

Very true Viji. HC will go into hibernation again, but the scary part is he is not getting any younger(he doesnt look it I know) so will he be given another opportunity to play the lead or will he accept to play a side role.

Lets not think that far ahead. He is still the lead in this. Lets remind ourselves this is a fictional show and fictional characters. That will help us remain sane.

I think why she decided to fake marry had already been discussed, small town and stuff. It just seems like a part of the storybook happy family she has created there. I don't think it has much to do with a happy marriage, but more so a happy family. I am not justifying her decisions or supporting her character. But what she is doing isn't very surprising is all. She is that sort of person.
