What a chapter Zenu…now we know the back story ad it’s so nicely set up…I love how Abhi and Akshu were college friends and how Abhi had fallen in love with her but didn’t have the chance to express his feelings because of Harsh. So I guessing that once Abhi left with Harsh because of mom’s accident. Akshu too left the college without informing Abhi about anything including Harsh’s behaviour towards her… I wonder if Abhi knows what happened… and I can’t wait to read what’s going to happen next now that they’ve met ad Harsh knows she’s Goenka’s eldest granddaughter.

Chapter 3

Mimi happily replied "Chalo accha hai pehle bhi mil liye beta ...Yeh Akshara hai humari Badi poti ".

Harsh was baffled to know “ Badi Poti? Aapki to Ek hi poti hai na Aarohi ?”

Manjiri replied “ Nahi Harsh ji, Maa ji ne bataya toh tha pehle ki unki ek aur poti hai jo yaha nahi rehti”

Harsh was stupefied but he managed to reply with “Accha”

Akshara’s phone rang so she excused herself and went to the corner to take the call.

Just then few police officers entered Goenka’s and Birla’s greeted them.

Harsh welcomed him and said “Thank you so much DIG Sir apki team ne humari poti ko bacha liya”

Officer replied “Mr. Birla don’t thank me thanks to apko meri officer ka karna chahiye”

Harsh asked “Officer?”

Officer proudly replied, “Yes, Our Brave officer SP Akshara Goenka who rescued your granddaughter by risking her own life.”

Harsh got another shock for the day. He was speechless. All his misunderstandings were clear now. The girl he insulted 6 years back was the granddaughter of one of the trustees of his Hospital and today she saved his own granddaughter.

Akshara was done with her call and when she returned she saw her senior officer present in the room. She went and greeted him “Jai Hind Sir”.

He gladly replied “ Jai Hind Officer Goenka, Congratulation on your promotion. We are glad to have brave officers like you on our team. I hope you didn’t sustain any injuries?”’

Akshara replied “ No Sir. Thank You, I will be joining your team officially soon.”

Officer took his leave

Goenka clan was elated by the news of Akshara's promotion. They all congratulated her and Birla’s thanked her as well

Abhimanyu was feeling proud but he was confused about how she joined Police services because she was interested in music therapy. He had thousands of questions and only Akshara could answer them all.

Mimi hugged Akshara and questioned “ Akshu tum aysehi har jagah gundon se ladhne pahunch jati ho…tumhe dar nahi lagta?

Manish proudly said “ Sherni ki beti hi Kaise daregi.”

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu was totally focused on Akshara and she didn’t realize she was injured.

Abhimanyu saw a red stain forming on her white shrug. He understood she was injured but he didn’t know how to start. Finally, he gathered courage and said “Akshara, I think you’re injured. I need to check.”

Akshara’s heart skipped a beat. It's been 6 years and she still felt the same. She was there with them for the past 20 min and finally, he said something. Listening to his voice gave some unknown feelings to her. She heard people forget feelings when they are separated for a long time but what she experienced was more strong.

She hesitantly replied, “ I will do the bandage myself”

Manjeri insisted “ Beta get it checked koi infection ho gaya toh…”

Mimi supported Manjeri “Hnn Akshu karwa lo dekho kitni lagi hai tumhare dress par bhi kitna khoon laga hua hai …Kahin zyada lag gayi hogi toh”

Aarohi volunteered to bring a first aid box “ Main First-Aid box leke room main ati hun jab tak Dr. Abhimanyu check-up karlenge ”

She unwillingly nodded and they both headed to the room. They were alone so Abhimanyu took the opportunity and questioned “Kaisi ho Koyal?”

Akshara was stunned after listening to her nickname…she took a look into his eyes there were questions, pain, and love. She turned her face and blinked to control the tears that were forming in her eyes and replied “Theek hun”

They reached into the room Abhimanyu checked all her injuries and gave her an ointment to apply. She had a deep cut on the waist but he wasn’t sure if she would allow him to bandage or not so he called Aarohi and instructed her “ Mene ointment bata diya hai but she has a deep cut on her waist she might need a few stitches. Take care of it.”

She nodded and left

Abhimanyu enquired “Aur kahin dard toh nahi hai?

She answered “ No… Thank you”

Abhimanyu hmmed in response and was about to leave when Akshara said

“Congratulations on your engagement with Aarohi”
