Abhimanyu's rights in the hospital

Birlas have been complaining how abhimanyu took a unilateral decision to give Akshara an entire music department and did not take permission from them..but they also mentioned that abhimanyu does have rights to make changes in the hospital..

But is abhimanyu really wrong??

Because I've never seen Anand, harsh and mahima consulting abhimanyu before taking decisions for their PR strategies

Abhimanyu is shown as an independent famous and successful cardiac surgeon..he is not dependent on his father's name,fame or money..He is all time mbbs topper and has achieved his success through his own hard work and intelligence

We've seen how abhimanyu continously works hard in the birla hospital and does multiple surgeries in a day..abhimanyu is famous among patients and he is the most demanded doctor..

So what's wrong if he gifted his fiance a music department..I'm waiting for abhimanyu's explanation on this matter..he has definitely used his own name and money to build that department..Abhimanyu is a grown up man and he is entitled to take his decisions ...

Abhimnayu doesn't need birla hospital..birla hospital NEEDS Abhimanyu..if abhimanyu leaves this hospital he can definitely get a new job in some other reputable hospital..

Anand , harsh and mahima are just egoistic and self centered..they've been taking stupid decisions for years just to increase the hospital's PR for their own selfish motives and have NEVER consulted or taken abhimanyu's approval..infact they hide their PR strategies from abhimanyu because he won't support them..and now they can't digest abhimanyu taking a decision on his own for once and want him to take permission..

Abhimanyu is not parth who is sitting at home and wasting his time that he needs to consult these birlas for everything..he is a renowned surgeon who works hard day and night and can take certain decisions on his own..

It's not about using his own money or not. He is using family property

Even though a top surgeon, he is still an employee of the hospital . Yes he is the heir too as hospital is of his dad but since he despises his dad and says he doesn't need birla hospital to work , he shouldn't use his property. As for his job as the top surgeon, he must be paid accordingly.

And it's basic respect if you have elders in your family you consult them.

And I'm sure abhimanyu did not do this to disrespect his elders..he just opened a department to surprise his fiancee.. birlas are Making an issue out of it for no reason because their ego is hurt

Anand, Mahima, and Harsh are part of the Hospital's board/management. Abhi is a surgeon, surgeons cannot make decisions like that unless they're also part of the board and Abhi is not. As he's stated many times, he is the hospital's employee who works under Harsh's management.

The elder Birlas were not upset because he gifted Akshara an entire department. They were upset because he didn't talk to them before taking this decision. Abhimanyu is one of the best surgeons of the hospital but he is not part of the decision making committee. Anand, Mahima and Harsh are that's why they take decisions without consulting Abhimanyu but Abhimanyu as a surgeon cannot just open a department for his fiancee just because he is the MD's son. Their anger is completely justified though I wish they had talked to Abhimanyu instead of complaining to the Goenkas.

They're the senior most members of the committee and decisions are taken by all the members and not just one person. Anyways, I hardly doubt Akshara will take advantage of the position she got. Mahima will make sure she doesn't.

PR Strategy is wayyy different than opening up a new facility all together!

Even if Abhimanyu is on the board or has decision making rights, ethics says the board/management needs to be consulted for opening in a new facility.

Its a capital investment and you can't do it as per your whims and fancies. Fiance ko gift dena hai do but not on a family property where others too have their vested interests

yeah I feel it's better that akshara leaves this department otherwise she'll be taunted for taking favours from her would be husband..but I want her to become successful on her own and show these egoistic birlas their real place specifically Mahima 😎

I too wish she works somewhere else and gain success with her hard work. Abhimanyu has his own reasons behind gifting her an entire department. He wants to spend maximum time with her but he needs to give her some space and realize she has to work hard to create her own identity and not depend on him.
