lmao n let’s not forget he isn’t even a cardiac surgeon…hell he has trained in cardiology…his board outside his chambers says so…but he is efficient n manages all trauma surgeries…that too with just a scalpel…yeah he did not leave that scalpel throughout akshu’s surgery…this time they didnot focus too much on instruments but I think I saw anand n mahima pick up forceps …i was like wow they actually know other instruments exist

Not even talking about the stuff of ignoring the other doctors reminder n deciding to operate themselves …oh god…so much to say but as I said before the whole episode is worth caricaturing
