TUG OF WAR STARTS

TODAY RUNNING RACE WHO WON

The episode was a good one. Manish talking about akshu and her childhood and he put akshu and abhi in karthik naira shoes. He doesn't want akshu to suffer more in her life.

The episode starts with manish standing in birla house and abhi asking his health and getting him in. Harsh asks how can he come out without getting discharge it will damage our hospital reputation. Aanand says he can't come like this. Manish says he left hospital and came to doctor's house so i will be fine.

Harsh questions if he had come matter must be important and big. Manish says he wants to talks with Abhi gets him in but Manish says he wants to talk alone with him. Harsh gets worried over the lone talk and asks family to leave as he can't take bade papa upstairs.

Akshu talks with kairav about bade papa.

Abhi says it's shiv ratri and gives aarthi. He gets bade papa water and texts akshu about bade papa details. Akshu gets worried what is bade papa doing their.

Harsh gets tensed about Manish coming out of hospital without proper information and making us to leave from our own house. Anand asks not to take tension and increase their bp too. Harsh asks as what is the matter that he wants to talk to abhi alone as they always do all drama in front of all. He thinks bade papa will do something on abhi and create problem in our family. He tells abhi left hospital for akshu first and now he might leave home because of her.

Abhi checks Manish as he is bp's doctor and ask him to talk without taking any stress. Manish starts telling it's about ak and abhi says I know it's only for akshu that he can come even in such condition.

Manish states he isn't as strict as he seems and he loves his family more than necessary. After whatever has happened his thought on life has changed and he had taken some decisions he regret. This time he felt his as final life time.

Manish says all his kids are tensed and sad without any smile especially akshu, " his laadli" who does everything to make her bade papa smile always. Manish says to abhi that akshu had always been special to him as she is the grandkid with who he had connection since day 1 as kairav was in goa for 5 years and aarohi was not with him. He says he can't see akshu in pain and akshu staying away from home for three years and how he longed for her at that time. He thought once she comes back he will show all his love to her but along with her you came and the issues along with you. The thoughts regarding him at that time was wrong. Manish says abhi that he isn't wrong he is different and right.

Akshu talks to kairav about Manish going to birla house and that something wrong might happen as he is angry at abhi. Kairav gets worried about his health. Akshu says abhi will take care of bp health and she is worried about bp going their secretly.

Manish says yes to abhi and akshu wedding and abhi thanks abhi and expresses his happiness on this and keeps his head on bade papa head.

Harsh asks his servant what is happening in tense and all asks him to call down. Servant tells abhi and Manish are hugging. Harsh wants to go and see what is happening but everyone convinced him otherwise. Harsh is convinced that something wrong is going on down.

Manish says he has a condition for this wedding for akshu happiness. Manish asks is abhi fine. Abhi asks what it is. Manish says wedding can't happen with conditions but he also says if relations need to survive and stay strong then some conditions are needed. He says akshu had suffered a lot in her life and he doesn't want her to suffer more. The wedding will happen only if abhi accepts the condition.

Manish says after wedding akshu's bidaai will happen in goenka's she then comes to birla's for her other rituals. Later after akshu's padh phere will happen in our home but she won't come to birla's. He short Manish wants abhi and akshu to live in a separate house after wedding and come to birla's during occasions.

Abhi asks why. Manish says that Harsh wanted aarohi as his dil and will he be happy seeing akshara. His mom might not have any problem then his siblings too but the elders as they are already on kairav and anisha problem. Akshu will suffer in this house. Manish says he had taken this decision after lot of thoughts and wants his answer.

Abhi says he and akshu waited for this very long. He had thought about leaving house for long but his mom never agreed and he is staying here for her.

Harsh had enough and comes running down meanwhile akshu and kairav too comes running towards Manish.

Today episode showed everyone's love and the needed to protect their loved ones in their own way. Bade papa finally expressed his love for akshu and his possesiveness towards her. He couldn't let her go and at the same time see her in pain and suffering. Then their is harsh who loves his son so much and has his heart on his throat sensing something is wrong going down. Then their is abhi who gets all cool cool after bade papa agreed to their wedding.

Pushing and pulling of abhi between harsh and Manish had started. Manish pulled him with his approval. Harsh how will he pull his son towards him now 🤔🤔🤔

Precap : Manjari asks if their is a condition. Akshu calls abhi and makes him come home and says bade papa told the secret in his sleep.

I loved Bade papa, Abhi and Papa birla today.. They were the stars of the show today. Vinayji was superb. His instincts are always bang on regarding Abhi.. Papa B restlessness, helpless, frustrations and anxiety were well portrayed. Here is a father however much flaws he has related to other matters and other relationships, but definitely his world revolves around his son Abhi..He couldnt even breath well..However much differences or arguments Harsh has with Abhi..but this father just lives for his son and simply craves for his son's love. He will be the happiest person in the world once he gets it and im sure Akshara will help him to make their bond stronger.. And Harsh was eating loads of methi paratha.. So i feel whoever has eaten that methi paratha will be at the receiving end of getting Aksharas love and happiness and getting well along with her..Lets wait and watch..Manjeri matha and Mahima didnt.. Im sure in future both of them will be insecure due to Akshara and create problems in the Birla hom.. If Abhi doesnt turnout to be Harsh's son, with the similar behavioural traits and characteristics in Abhi, it would be really shocking to all of us. Manjeri too knows something is fishy but still i couldnt see that apprehensions nor restlessness in her which we normally find in a mother.

This show is always a tug of war as Hari and Meher mentioned. Initially the tug was between Abhi and Arohi to keep Akshara in their side, whoever gets hold of her wins the race. Round1 Abhi pulled Akshara to his side and ultimately won Round1.

Next its Round 2, tug between Manish and Harsh, whoever gets hold of Akshara again wins the race. And Abhi deserved this deal. Now he will understand the turmoil that Akshara faces each day when she is made to choose between her family members and Abhi.. And she did choose him and broke Arohis heart though arohi was wrong..

What will Abhi do now???This was a much needed reality check for Abhi and his insecurities. Its always easy to say in words that il do anything for getting Akshara but when we face the circumstances, we are always in a complicated spot and that makes it more difficult to make a choice and your each choice and decision determines the journey of this life. Whom would he chose, his mom who will not be ready to leave her husband or Birla home or the love of his life Akshara..But I suppose he is lucky to have Akshara who would take the decision for him and the Birlas and kick out the deal out of the window.

It will be again back to square1 and with both the families at loggerheads and I presume Harsh has to come down and negotiate on behalf of his son and give a word of guarantee to Bade papa and convince him.. Only then both the parties with be on the same ground..

It was really fun to watch today's episode where for once all the elders were in panic mode instead of the youngsters.👏

My thoughts/observations:

1) I believe we can all agree that the intention/ mindset behind Manish’s condition is not wrong. He is clearly worried regarding Ak’s future in Birla house with Harsh not liking her and kairav- anisha situation turning anand-mahima too against Goenkas. However, the way I see it, he is repeating his past mistakes. Even earlier in the jail incident, though his intent (Ak protection) was right, his actions (calling police on abhi) were unfair to abhi.

Same is the case here, his worry for Ak is justified but the way he is trying to solve for this by putting forth his condition for marriage is unfair to abhi. He has to try and find some other method, some other middle ground to secure Ak’s future. May be by making amends with Birla house, trying to solve kairav-anisha equation, getting confidence from abhi/Manjari that he will see the situation for ak after marriage and if it is bad then he can ask abhi-ak to move out.

(I know a lot of you don’t feel that way but these are just my thoughts. Please no offense to anyone 🤗)

2) The whole conversation between abhi and Manish was very very nicely done. No extra drama, just heart to heart talk with Manish opening all his cards regarding his problems with approval of abhi-ak marriage. Seedhi baat no bakwas. Also the aesthetics and whole scene at Birla house was shown very nicely. (Just like the jail conversation between abhi and harsh- beautiful shots). I also liked the shivling in background. It kind of felt that the whole conversation was taking place with shivji as witness.

3) I am all praise for the actor playing Harsh. He did a fabulous job portraying his possessiveness for abhi, fear of loosing his son and jealousy against Manish for bonding better than him with his son. On a lighter note, we have another love triangle/square/circle (whatever you want to call it) here. Harsh loves abhi, abhi loves ak and hence by extension loves Manish, ak loves Manish and abhi, Manish loves ak and hence by extension loves abhi. 🥴🤪 ok, I think I have lost my train of thought now 😂😂

3) Like a lot of others, I think think that it is possible that all this might be a test for abhi from Manish. Cause Manish has to know that Ak will never agree for such a condition and hence he is just testing abhi seeing if a time comes that abhi has to choose between ak and family then what will he do.

I know of him through Yeh rishte hai pyaar ke

and i have not seen him as a selfish father (barring a few epi). so now aware of him being Selfish for Akshara V1

Manish easily understood exceot manjari and siblings rest others are not happy with Akshu. He can't tackle Arohi hatred till now in their own house and how can he save Akshu from them. He has trust on Abhi but not on his family. Let everyone run and change their statements next as all relations will be shattered with this.

May be its a test of time, on what survives...and who comes out stronger

Loved Harsh and vinay Jain is excellent in any shade. He nails a bits and his running to catch hold of their talks his desparate measures ti learn from the worker what all they are talking and posessiveness on their hug totally he rocked but Sachinji took the episode with his diaLogues and expressions.

Actually all are loving their kids in selfish posessive way that they are insecure in sharing then with each other families. This is the major thing now.

Going with mythology parallel I think abhi n ak mgot married in drukun state where ak still in sati form.

Now the acceptance of family when abhi n ak married with family blessings ak is in full parvati form.

Abhi n papa birla have so many similar trait like both are in sarascam mode when are in stress🤣

Both have 0 patience level come to loved ones

Nice points Reva. This is just starting step of elders bending for kids. This way Manish has come half way accepting Abhi and shared his inner conflicts regarding Ak safety. He is right in his place as he is aged as grandfather not a father and should see her happiness. And his talk with AG in hospital is clear he went with a motto. Bhai saab aisa math kijiye by AG. So he is doing it on purpose. If Ak knows it she won't agree. This is for testing Abhi and Birlas family love. Kids have done all khaands and it's elders time now. underlined- I actually forgot to mention him in my post. Thank you for reminding me. Yes, he did a fabulous job as well. Subtle but powerful expressions. I could see his face filled with love and pride and affection while talking about Ak’s childhood and fear in his voice for her future. Also, he actually looked like he just had a heart attack. No offense to any Pranali fans (hey, I myself am her fan), but ak didn’t look like she just had major surgery in the haldi episodes post accident/hospital sequence. (Or may I will give her benefit of doubt and say that may be the requirement of the plot needed her to be more confused than weak)
