5) Then they served us - teenage love scenes between the leads..may be pranali looked fine because of her age and innocent look but they were not proper for actor like Harshad

After this, I am still looking for a day where story will jump properly where it started from. Honestly, I enjoy initial 60-70 episodes, especially udaipur episodes everyday and any day than last 25 episodes or so...

@ bold akshu said in thursday episode that because she is always smiling and showing a positive side people around her think that she doesnt feel anything or isnt bothered.... very soon it will hit everyone that they take akshu was granted too much

For me the biggest mistake was bringing anisha in the show..I really didn't like it at all...the actress playing anisha looks horrible to me plus she has zero chemistry with kairav..and what irritates me the most is that she's a permanent character..I really wanted her to leave the show after her track was over..but she's going to be there permanently because she's paired with kairav..

And there was a sudden transition of abhimanyu's character from being a passionate lover to protective brother..it wasn't needed at all..atleast not at this stage when abhira had just recently started dating..abhimanyu neglecting akshara and running after that psychotic anisha really irritated me..plus anisha doing manyu manyu was even more irritating..if makers wanted to show abhimanyu as a good brother then they could've used neil for that..neil is lovable character and it would've been interesting to see his backstory and abhimanyu protecting him from harsh .this stupid anisha and her suicide attempts drama was not needed..

Bad move by the makers ..anisha track is the main reason why trp decreased so much..

Now abhimanyu has suddenly grown over possessive of akshara again after seeing akshara spending time with her family..makers keep experimenting with abhimanyu's character..sometimes he acts like a family man and sometimes like possessive crazy lover..

But I am not OK with the insensitivity that was shown in some episodes -

1) Goenka's insensitivity towards Akhara's accident. At least they could have asked how come you met accident???

2) The very next day, Abhi-akshu taking it very lightly, especially Abhi that he left Aarohi at Mandap...they are romancing near entrance of Goenka Villa where the marriage stuff is still there

3) Both sisters going to Birla Hospital for job with no self respect especially Aarohi

4) Aneesha and her parents insensitivity

They are not giving proper monologues and realization to the characters.

In real life we never go this way. We sacrifice for sister or it comes Back again to us. It's always ashamed and complicated situation for all .no family will agree for second time like they did for Ar. None will go for the same sister he threw first and said i love ak. It's just reel and looks odd anytime. Throughout the life that scar will be there for all how much ever they do dance or tandav or ghoomar.

Even in reel, if they want to show..show it but have some space and proper timing in between..

It is not possible nowadays to get such great team for all departments in TV serial..All the Production houses want to jump on multiple shows and web series and what not..

In next few years...We may not see long serials..PH may ask to bring their own cloths, vehicles, food, make up artist...etc 😆 Do dance yourself like Shammi Kapoor 🤣

Those are my points of displeasure towards the serial, I dont want them to drag anything but they did drag the aarohi exposure track, I expect Abhira should have a good mature love story track which they deserve also the pace should be slightly slow if now like a bullet train

I know what you mean. Certain things could have been finished quickly but this is the story that has been developed. They wanted to drag the exposure track - to build up the suspense of will they/won't they - and to have a relationship with ups and downs therefore making sure viewers stayed glued. They are using well loved tropes and scenes that viewers have loved and understood.

It cannot be a mature love story because of the age difference of the two couple in reel life. Good writers take those kind of things into consideration. Look at the Friday episode - Abhi was mature from his end but Akshu was not because she did not grasp his point of hurt in their relationship. She just could not understand - nor had expected - that in a romantic relationship the partner can demand/and will want to be the main focus. She was just not ready, had no response at all. The next episode showed she was still clueless. An experienced partner would have picked up his discord and gave an appropriate response/solution.

Akshara is developed properly for her age and experience.

No, a character is never made confident by another person - that has to come from within themselves from their experiences and it is part of their overall character Arc. If Abhi made her strong and confident, then that is not good writing. What he could do is point things out - like he did in the Friday episode when he told her 'you do not even stand up for yourself.'

Just like in real life, you can have encouragement or a mentor but no one can make you the person you are until you are ready to be.

I don't know the thinking behind it but I know you can have an inspiration or even take the plot of a well loved story and give it your own interpretation to it. And they will not be the same.😃

Like you said, YRKKH is about families so it looks obvious that they had taken the plot from a well liked show and given it the YRKKH twist and inserted tropes that viewers would understand and expect.😕

I found some of the episodes after the confession flat. It felt disjointed and now hearing about the writer changes it makes sense as they are shifting from whatever foundation laid by the first writer to setting down foundation of the current writers.

I also think writers have a hard time pleasing the various demographic of their viewers. I would love to see maturity, talks, less song and dance, more getting to know one another and seeing the real challenges that come with this kinda relationship (age difference) but most of the time they are pleasing the masses with flying kisses, misunderstanding, playing peek-a-boo with one another and etc.😒😆

I feel like RS and DKP are being stretched...of course the name of the game is money...but still they need to take some pride...YRKKH is their flagship and they need to make sure it is top notch especially with Harshad on board. He is a fantastic actor and I hate seeing him being under utilised or doing juvenile stuff.

I just saw the promo of the new show by Shaheer. It is on the same time as YRHKKH. Is it the same in india? I mean my trps don't count but Indian trps does so if it's on at the same time then DKP will be in trouble and had a hand in creating it as well!😲

your analysis is good. They purposely kept confusion from start and woven the plot that way. Manjaris confusion led the story till Ar marriage and is broken with proof in Abhis hand. Manjari moved the story ahead that way. It's all well planned but difficult to execute to reach us..

As I said this was the plot of the first Act of this new story. No mistakes at all. It was crafted like this. Confusion, hurt, anger, then another proposal for the sister....everything was plotted right to the confession scene. I could see the scene and sequel so clearly. Then it went haywire but now slowly it's coming back to the points laid out from the beginning, I think.

I personally couldn't digest the mistaken identity/confusion because that would never happen in real life especially to a person such as Abhi. I guess they wanted to show us he trusted his mother blindly.😛
