Possibility one is she's being given a growth and maturity story arc and she could be an ally to Akshu, help find out the truth about Anisha, take on Harsh Birla on Akshu's behalf and who knows what else.
She sounded so sincere today I'm almost believing in this new reformed Arohi.

Possibility two is she's playing the revenge-served-cold game and is just biding her time to drop a bomb on Akshu, Abhimanyu and the Birlas in general. In which case she could play Akshu and Abhimanyu off one another over this Anisha thing, blackmail Harsh into doing her bidding, make a scandal out of Neil's adoption, mix itching powder into Mahima's frosted makeup, and so on. I think this would be the more fun track.

What do y'all think?

Arohi is still changing. What we saw is what it is in real life. People do not change overnight. Years of instilled habit/behaviour is impossible to overcome in one day.

She is not totally bad...but depending on the circumstance she could go either way. She is a normal human being with strong desires and a stronger personality. Yes, she is more prone to negativity (like many people) and often in stressful situations only considers how it would impact her and her own dreams/goals rather than thinking about everyone. Again nothing wrong. It just means she needs to learn more empathy and Akshu has a boatload of that so can share!😆

We are seeing the first character growth of Arohi. For the first time she wondered about the possibility of love in her life, realised it made her feel lonely and that triggered her (again normal. Many cannot cope with emotion and do not know how to handle it so fall back to old behaviour). However, going forward she will see the result of her action - Abhira separated/Abhi jailed/Birla and Goenka's at War, Goenka's possibly suffering financially....of course not everything is on her but some of it is and so if her character transformation continues properly we should see some remorse and maybe change. But she will always prioritise herself and her desire to be no.1, that is her core wound/need and is the driving force in her life. I wouldn't be too surprised if she decides to do something to ensure Kairav loves her just as much as he does Akshu - of course he does but she had now seen they are standing together on one side and she on the other and did not like it.

Arohi will always have a shade of grey in her. That is how she is and she is there to counter balance Akshu. Both sisters are at the opposite end of one spectrum and it's is necessary for the story going forward.
