A Trp alone cannot judge a show,as for me its the most stupid thinh to do.because some people and especially aunties like craps.there are so many good shows with good content whuch may have got low trpa,but will always be in the memory of a fan.Bepannah was nót bad compared to the crap they are showing now.Adiya hooda ruled the show.

I never watch a show on trp basis and have never even bohered to see what the 🤬 trp foea.there were some good shows in sony tv like Indiawali maa and now balh2 with less trps and vastly loved by audience.

i dont know hpw ektas crap especia;ly naagin gets high trp? Trp ís butchering good shows and content.Thats it.

Ahaan! That's not it. We may like it or not , but trps IS the yardstick . Sonytv content is really good but shows which have low trps can be axed anytime.

Kabhi kabhi ittefaq se is a good show on sp, but it's not getting high trps ..A section of fans may not like yrkkh but a huge section of fans does. If they make shows for specific audience they will not get trps. N specific audience has the choice to ignore itv , or watch web shows or other language shows , options are unlimited.

Nobody here said a show with good trps is good. This show itself is prime example of a crappy show with high trps but the reality is trps are needed for a show's success and cast and crew's stable jobs. I would be very happy if this trp system is scrapped for good but unfortunately it won't because channels and producers are earning money through it. Yrkkh's quality is terrible but it's liked by trp audience due to drama.

They may start off with something but they change tracks midway due to low trps , channel pressure or whatever . Actors are under contract of 1 yr or 2 yrs so they have no say in it. Currently in all sp shows , the ml is ridiculous..gashmeer quit imlie , virat is heavily bashed in ghum, Mr kapadia is somewhat praised..Shiva pandya and Co. R a bunch of clowns , rudraksh keeps getting fooled, Sathiya is not even considered ..all the shows r women oriented and MLS r like props jinki vas dhulai hoti hai.

I believe in this particular show , harshad has got popularity which is unparalleled , he is getting money that he never earned before , he has a lead role..same with pranali..its like a lottery for her. We may criticize the characters but if actors r looking looking meatier roles they must shift to web ..there also, success is not as big as itv .

I'll give you an example..I loved parth in kyy..next he signed up kzk2 which was a disaster..his role was crap , yet he did it for 2 yrs n the show was scrapped thankfully..but I wanna forget the kzk2 episode, apne hi fav actor ko itna Galliyan di😆, so I know how you must be feeling as I went through the same ...but I guess for the actors, This is least important..sad but true..

i never heard of that show until a week ago or watched it but i hope this show becomes as ICONIC as MASTERPIECE as that one that people will remember it forever

Trust me you have written each and every sentence i want to write. im a big fan of Harshad and this serial has made fun of him. I started watching Ye rishta after Harshad's entry and in starting it was as u mentioned honeymoon period , it was good however now its seemed forced. Everything seemed so ackward, Pranali is a good actor, her chemistry doesnt look good with Harshad at all . Forgive me if i hurt anyone, no bashes please. I couldnt relate not even once to a story. Na sir h na pair h is story ka. Rajan sir plzz is show ko ab band kar do . End it on a good note, Dont spoil its legacy.

Hi Anjali! 🙂 I’m glad you agree. I feel like the makers themselves are confused about whether they want the leads to be mature or young. They’re tug-of-waring with themselves on this. And I agree that Pranali is a decent actor. But that’s not reflecting at all in this show. Both Harshad and Pranali’s acting is looking equally cringey here. Sometimes when I watch their scenes on mute, I get the feeling that I’m watching a show on sibling love. Like kitna accha lagta bhai behen ke pyaar dekte hue. Then, I turn up the volume and realize they’re actually professing romantic love for each other. 🤭 Their body language and interactions with each other, and dare I say, even the way they touch each other feels very sibling-like. And this is both onscreen and offscreen. I feel bad for baar baar bringing Bepannaah up here, but it’s the prime example as to what good (perfect to me) casting does for a show. Anyone who has watched any of Bepannaah’s BTS and/or IVs can see clear as day how different Harshad’s behaviour and body language was with Jenny. The same thing translated so beautifully, effortlessly, and not to mention realistically, onscreen as well and elevated the show to the rage it became worldwide.
