Akshara's dilemma

Many people said how akshara is a bad sister for betraying and eloping with her sister's would be husband..but I don't really blame akshara for this..and I don't blame her for happily dating abhimanyu ..this is my stance

Just keep yourself at akshara's and think once..you have been deprived of love and care your entire life..lost your parents at a young age, blamed for your step mother's death, your sister who you love the most hates you and even your family fail to understand you..that's a TOUGH LIFE..then suddenly a successful confident man enters your life who falls in love with you madly..he's the most eligible bachelor, many girls want to marry him but he only loves you...even after your multiple rejections this man keeps running after you professing his mad love for you...who are you ultimately going to choose ? Your ungrateful sister and family? Or this man?

The same happened with akshara..akshara genuinely loved aarohi, she was ready to sacrifice her every happiness for aarohi's sake, she could even die for aarohi,when akshara returned home after 3 years of exile and first thing aarohi asked her was to go back because she can't tolerate her..even then akshara agreed..BUT what did aarohi give in return to akshara? NOTHING JUST HATRED..aarohi never acknowledged akshara's efforts...she kept on hating and blaming her for no fault of hers..all akshara wanted from arohi was love and acceptance and aarohi couldn't even give that much to her..there is a limit to hate on someone who's been constantly kind and nice to you..aarohi doesn't know that limit

Now coming to abhimanyu..akshara has been so cruel to him and his feelings post Tilak confusion..she kept on brutally rejecting him on his face saying harsh words like 'KOI BHI' ...BUT still abhimanyu's love , craze and passion for akshara never faded away, he never stopped loving and protecting her..this intense love of abhimanyu for akshara was acknowledged by akshara herself when she was on hospital bed..akshara had a very valid question of how can somebody love someone else to this extent..

Hence at last akshara finally made her choice..and happily chose abhimanyu over aarohi..because that was right for her.. arohi took akshara's love and care for granted and kept pushing her away and abhimanyu kept pulling akshara towards him through his crazy love for her..so this was bound to happen..yes akshara somewhere betrayed her sister but that was very human and normal because of aarohi's shifty behavior towards akshara..aarohi was never a good sister to begin with so she has no right to expect anything from akshara..aarohi needed this betrayal and reality check for treating the only person who loved her the most in this entire world so badly..

yes I agree,,,,the she was sacrificing until she saw that aru didn't love abhi...also when she realized she was going to lose abhi, she had to do what she did..she dint know he was pranking her...but its a very difficult situation she was put in. Arohi is a bully..yes I agreed she should have not done that on her wedding day, but truth had to come out - on wedding day or after wedding (which could have been worst)

and aru was never protective of abhi....If I were in aru shows I would try to keep akshu as far from abhi as I could but she instead made her go with her t pick her own engagement ring...and the way abhi had only had eye for akshu even though aru noticed she wanted to go ahead and get married to him.

People have to learn how to be ungrateful from Aarohi.

On top of all this Arohi is constantly acting like the victim in a situation she created!! She takes absolutely no responsibility for what has happened and as always pushes the entire blame on Akshara. Akshara’s mistake was not telling the truth during tilak fiasco but even that she did for Arohi and her family. Literally the next day she does go to speak to Abhimanyu and knowing Akshara’s personality she would have asked him to wait until the families are calm and she is able to talk to hers first.

But Arohi?

1. Abhi literally tells her to ignore/delete the messages but she doesn’t and then avoids Abhi’s eyes when her brother’s bring up the messages

2. Feeling like Abhira might get together after seeing them in the hospital, she emotionally targets Akshu’s weakness. “Like sure go accept Abhi but if you do you will lose me.” As if she doesn’t know that Akshu biggest goal for the past who knows how many years is to rebuild their relationship.

3.She repeatedly says she never lied but she outright told Abhi that Akshu left when he was in the fire. And also that is a weak excuse for all the credit she has been taking from Akshu. Fine you never lied but any decent person would have said I didn’t do that.

4. what sane person accepts a proposal that literally includes “I will always love your sister and so I am marrying you for my mom” I mean you are literally setting yourself up for failure. Especially when you know that your sister loves him too… you have to be completely heartless to do this

5.is she like 12? Someone tells you a few harsh but true things and you’re going to listen to them and go on the wrong path? Blaming Mahima for being the reason she pays for her seat is ridiculous. Are you that insecure and talentless that you’d risk your entire career to take a short cut just to prove one person wrong? She is a topper, just graduated and young! Mahima has been in the industry for years! Why even compare the two?

6. She is absolutely the worst sister ever. She has to know Akshu feels something for Abhi and yet makes Akshu do everything for the wedding. Literally tells her at one point “we’re going to use all you ideas since you’re better at this stuff”, Akshu makes their card, Akshu tries on her jewellery, forces Akshu to go to Birla’s with her, forces her to tell Kairav that she has moved on and so much more.

7. Comparing Akshu to Arohi, there a hug difference. Akshu’s love for Arohi, Sirat Ma and her family is unconditional whereas Arohi’s love is purely based on conditions. Arohi only remembers her mom during her rant sessions when she blames Akshu while Akshu remembers Sirat in happiness(earrings, Ashirwad during second tilak). Akshu tries her best to happily participate and fix any issues in all of Arohi’s functions despite being heartbroken while Arohi only appreciates Akshu when things are fine but at the smallest issue goes back to default settings (it’s Akshus fault)

my main point is Arohi herself is to be blamed for the situation. I’ve said it before you can’t go running into a fire or a bar fight and come out unscathed. Yes Abhira have made mistakes, some big ones too but I feel like a lot of their mistakes were also results of Arohi’s manipulation.

And then we also have to look at intentions. Arohi has always and will always only consider her own wishes and benefits while Abhira has to constantly think about their loved ones too.

Sorry for the long post but people blaming Akshara for being a terrible sister or betraying Arohi makes my blood boil so I had to rant😅😅

Why should akshu even think/care/bother about a sister who treats akshu like dirt ? forget betraying her blah blah blah blue blue blue

Yes , abhimanyu did wrong with her , he shouldn't have gone proposed to arohi and did everything ..but what to do? The writers took this route n made everyone morally gray .

Arohi got what she deserved . She was plotting the full time , her karma came biting back.

I think right or wrong Aarohi is persistent and knows what she wants and goes after it, come what may. She pushes through for the outcome she wants - right or wrong, but that’s just how she is.

Akshara rejects Abhi and then goes and helps plan his birthday and saves him from a fire mishap. She’s conflicted with her decision to sacrifice her love for her sister. She’s giving everyone, especially Abhi mixed messages.

These mixed messages are the reason Abhi pursues her so relentlessly and even proposes an arranged marriage with her sister just to get a reaction from Akshara.

I think they’ve introduced conflict between all three characters, all three are slightly galat while being slightly sahi in their own way.

That’s what makes the story interesting to me🤗

Same! Akshara deserves to think about her own life and happiness. She isn’t Arohi’s caretaker/mother no matter how the Goenkas have raised them.

Unfortunately it is Akshara though so we know she won’t be truly happy without her selfish sister accepting her and their relationship

But I can't ignore WHy akshu rejected abhi , why she was conflicted, why she couldn't confess ..arohi emo blackmailed her .

Yes akshu was giving mixed signals , abhimNyu ka dimag bhi kharab tha ..but I don't agree with arohis persistence. She is persistently bad . 👎 coz she bullies her sister , used her as a Shield n makes her a punching bag as per convenience . Abhimanyu and akshu are good at heart ..if they are persistent with each other they will be called selfish and insensitive (they already are ) ..if thy are persistent with their families they will suffer ..what's the solution?

Who is not standing by Akshara for coming out in open about her love for Abhimanyu?
