Unfortunately Akshara needs something forceful to happen for her to break out of her stance. She has been verbally abused by Arohi for 12 years and didn’t get any support from her family members. It is hard to get out of an abusive relationship where someone completely controls the other with guilt.

Abhi correctly realised that Akshara needs to think she lost him for her to confess her love in public. Her love for Abhi overrides her love for her family.
