Akshu and manjari plan to bring back the happiness and smile on Abhis face... And thinks of how he laughed of methi dhane wala thing during the trip.... She says she has a plan... And harsh is going to that wing to chk for allocating ward to charity patients.... Akshu manjari and others practice dance for the party and harsh arrives and akshu hides... He as usual scolds neil and manjari and finally agrees as it is abhis birthday and there should not be any issues... And he feels he saw akshara and later they cover up...

one thing i like about Harsh that he is ready to do anything for Abhi no matter what. 👏

Akshu and neil.plan and manjari asks if abhi will surely be happy... And neil says yes he surely will be and akshu is like we feel so happy seeing others happiness... So tomo when abhi sees us all happy and our love for him....he will surely be happy.... And he will smile like before and i also want the same and manjari looks at her and changes saying all of us want the same... And she says she has a perfect surprise plan for tomo... Happy wala ending... And they all get excited knowing only 6 more hrs left for abhis birthday to start....❤️

She goes to decorate abhis room and hides under the table.... Abhi switches off his phone and disconnects all the landline so that no one can wish him... He goes to sleep with headphones on.... Akshu goes near him sticks birthday note in his watch and whispers birthday wishes to abhi all emotional... And silently moves away... Abhi.suddenly wakes up and shocked to see the note and feels something...

awww i am too much excited to watch this scene. Definitely Abhi could feel Akshu. And what a unique way to wish him. 😳 Abhi tu kitna bhi try kar le Akshu se move on nhi ho payega 😉 so better don't try it😆

Early morning abhi is seen doing meditation and manjari reaches his room.... And gives him prashad and also lauki ka halwa.... She says u only like lauki ka halwa other dishes made of it u dont even touch... And abhi is like lauki is good for heart na....i will start having all dishes made of lauki... He receives msg and he runs to chk if its from akshu... But nope... 😭 and manjari knows he is waiting for msg from akshu... ❤️

All are wishing him and he is waiting for Akshu's wish. Haaye such a cutie

Manjari is not able to see him like that... And she tries to spoil his hair but like before he doesn't react and manjari says his silence kills her ... And hope ur silence does not make me silent one day... Abhi gets emotional and goes and hugs her and consoles her... He says i trust u alone in this whole world and cant afford to lose it... All the others come and wish him.... He hugs all except harsh... And leaves to hospital.... All are sad to see him dull...

Arohi is fed dhahi shakar by akhilesh for her first day in birla and she ensures she will concentrate only on work... And akshu sneaks and kairav stops her and says he will drop her and later she gives excuse and leaves... Kairav gets a doubt if akshu going to abhi being his birthday... But later thinks she rejected him so she wont go there...

He reaches hospital and receives a bouquet and a gift... It has a fake heart same as the one he sent to akshu before tilak... and gets excited and reads the note... And its from Ruby... Rofl...🤣 He doesnt know akshu never liked that gift... If known he wouldnt have expected this... He gets so angry and throws them then and there ... 🤣

He remembers Akshu all the time. arre banda move on kaise kare bhai 😆

Arohi reaches hospital and clashes with neil as usual... 🤣 their banters are always cute... And arohi is.best when she is with neil...😃 neil prays for keeping her away from him... Bechara....pakka usiki hogi yeh... All pakka set now...🤣

Abhi enters hospital and everyone wish him while others look on and he is taken to some surprise when they take him somewhere and he is left surprised....
