Can all this be Kartik's plan?

I just saw small clips so might be wrong, but when he saw the divorce papers, he said he wont let this happen again and had flashbacks with naira leaving after his question. Can he be playing these games to keep naira there till he has figured out how to handle the situation?

Well the real question is whether he does sign the papers because apparently he applies for custody case after receiving divorce papers. If karthik doesn’t sign the papers then vedika’s plan will be flopped because she’s hiding the fact that she sent the divorce papers and all so she can’t go to him and question him directly as she wants to look goodie two-shoes in front of him. Maybe karthik won’t tell anyone he was sent divorce papers at all.

Now there's no doubt about it that vedika is a manipulative little witch. Without telling naira exactly what is written in the divorce papers she mentioned kairav's custody going completely to naira so that kairav and naira both get out of karthik's life in the papers, made naira sign them without her realising everything written about kairav's custody, but vedika didn't think that after seeing the clause of him losing rights over kairav that karthik would opt for custody case which would elongate divorce?

So that means karthik is willingly opting to divorce naira whilst also filing for kairav's custody at the same time?

After the suicide drama yesterday, Naira drops off Vedika at Goenka’s. Then a staff brings the divorce papers to Vedika, and Vedika thanks Naira for this. Did anyone catch who got the papers prepared? It was confusing- did Naira get the papers prepared before Vedika’s suicide attempt, or Vedika got them prepared? When did Naira sign the papers?

I have given up on Kartik’s plans. I was hoping that him calling Naira ex-wife was fake/ planned. Then thought that his stance of keeping Vedika in his life was a plan to make Naira jealous. However, none of that came true. So now I have no hope that custody case is his plan.
