This is what he meant by he will not let it happen again meaning he will not Naira take away his son the second time.

As of now he does not even care if Naira is in his life or not since he had clearly chosen Vedika as his wife. If he wanted Naira he should be atleast happy knowing they are still married. He should never signed the divorce papers and send it with custody paper misunderstanding or nor. He should have try to cool down and come up with solutions rather than create problem.

He clearly want Kaira and Vedika as wife. That is what it looks to me.

I think he has a battle between his ego and his heart. His ego allows him to torture Naira by signing divorce papers and sending her custody papers. In his heart he still loves her and can't believe she sent him divorce papers and is using the custody to manipulate Naira into staying in town in front of his eyes. Once he does get custody of Kairav he is going to realize that raising a child is difficult and will face challenges. I believe even after getting custody he will find ways to involve himself in Naira's life

Okay I read people point on twitter that Mohsin might be shooting on the cliff where Vedika attempted suicide and asked Naira to divorce Kartik. It’s a speculation based on a picture Mohsin posted with his sister. He was wearing the same outfit as today’s episode.

It’s a far-fetched theory but what if Kartik overheard Vedika and Naira’s conversation and this is an elaborate plan to make Naira realise she can’t decide Kairav’s future by herself.

I didn’t watch yesterday’s episode, so not sure when Kartik reached GV from SS.

Articles are saying that karthik win's custody then naira goes missing and kairav gets in a panic over naira being missing so karthik promises to find naira. Clearly this is all true because some pics and bts vids are on insta showing karthik and kairav in navratri outfits, actors playing surekha and kairav playing with dandiya sticks and shivi is nowhere in sight. So karthik will win kairav's custody, probably celebrating navratri joyfully after snatching naira's son from her then amidst this depressed naira goes missing.

Honestly feel sorry for naira in this because 5 years she raised kairav, she's his mother and mother's are emotionally and physically more connected to their child than her father, yet karthik despite accepting vedika as his wife is hell bent on leaving naira without her sole reason now to live and move on. Naira is the mother who carried him for 9 months then raised him for 5 years, so on an emotional level if I think about it, it is far more cruel and painful for naira to be apart from kairav as a mother, than it is for karthik as a father.

The thing is karhtik always acts like naira means nothing to him when he is angry, yet the moment he calms down or the thought of naira going away from him crops up, his naira obsession comes back too, so karthik accepting vedika as his wife and angrily signing those divorce papers isn't proof that he doesn't care about naira at all. He calls vedika his responsibility more than he calls her his wife.

LOL in the recent bts, when vedika gives karthik sweet yogurt as they do for good luck for the custody case, karthik looks and sounds so annoyed at her and tells her he isn't going for an exam. 😆 This woman has nothing to do other than to kiss backside and act like dadi's chamchi.

Just a suggestion: Don’t read too much into the spoilers. They haven’t even shot the custody hearings yet. So how can anyone know who wins and what happens next. The actress playing the lawyer said her character is a strong one. Obviously she has something to offer to the track.

Naira is there in the Navratri get up btw. According to someone, Kartik and Naira might share a moment during Navratri after which Kartik’s heart will break for Naira. So fingers crossed the future isn’t as bleak as we are predicting it to be.

I hope so something positive comes soon, because I'm mentally distressed by all this crap strangely. I don't know why but the idea of a mother losing custody of her child over a father breaks my heart. It's always irritating that for some illogical reason they prefer to show the father winning child's custody in serials when in reality in most cases of child custody the mother would always receive the custody unless proven in extreme cases that the mother is completely incapable of looking after the child and usually those cases are of child abuse, outright neglect and really poor mental health state of the mother. A distant relative of mine brainwashed his kids to tell the court that their mother beats them and that they are scared of her because she's too strict, and hence the father got custody of all the children (I live in the UK btw).

On the contrary, I feel more for Kartik and Kairav 🙈.

Kartik has already lost so much time with his kid. All he wants is for the kid to stay in the same city, so that he can visit him whenever he wants to.

As he said, just because he’s a father doesn’t mean his love for the child is any less than the mother’s. Every time they show Kartik feeling sad for not knowing something about his kid, it makes my heart break. For example, when they went for the admission and the teacher said that both of you must have put in a lot of effort in raising Kairav, Naira looked proud but that look on Kartik’s face was heartbreaking.

Not saying that a mother deserves to be separated from her child but I just feel Naira needs a bit of a reality on what it’s really like to be separated from one’s child. That’s what Kartik said to her today. She lost it within seconds of him mentioning custody but imagine having lived that.

I hope custody wraps up without reaching a conclusion. Poor kid deserves better than this.
