I hate the Goenkas right now but if you look from a neutral pov and not as a fan, they are just trying to live a normal life. What’s their fault if Naira chose to put herself in this position and face the second hand treatment?

@bold Goenkas by no mean are trying to live a normal life....as to live normal life they should have consulted a lawyer to understand about validity of 2nd marriage before assuming 1st marriage annulled...KD told Vedika...Naira herself left her right to be called Kartik's wife 5 years back...does law says the same?...no matter what divorce or application for divorce is the procedure to annul marriage...laws doesn't work based on feelings or assumptions...Goenkas are trying to choose a convenient path by keeping their favorite burden tied up with their son in order to get rid of Naira...also trying to keep Kairav with them...even if they assume Naira is the sole reason behind all the problems or Naira deserve their ill treatment or deserve not to be forgiven because she faked her death and deprived them all of their right to live with Kairav...they should consider about Suwarna whom they forgiven on Kartik and Naira's insistence who deprived her own biological son of basic necessities like education for 19 years...they must not forget if Naira wasn't Kartik's life partner he would be living away from dysfunctional family like them...there were several times when Naira compelled Kartik to forgive them specifically to forgive KD...because of her their daughter isn't punished after causing an accident....realistically speaking forgiving Naira is not easy....but to disregard her rights based on their own personal preferences adds to their long list of wrong doings....

To sum up writers know Kartik, Naira and Kaira sells...that's why they keep on recreating Kaira scenes nth time...arguments in close proximity, the catch and fall, under the table, office romance etc etc....Vedika is just there as plot device...to complicate situation for Kaira....they won't even clarify Vedika's status in Kartik's life by law to keep on with their oh so intriguing bigamy game....if they show Naira living in SS...how will they be able to show Kaira's confrontations or fights, catch and fall, Kaira-Kairav scenes on rinse repeat mode?...how will they show Naira bechari being accepted by Goenkas one by one?....Naira's equation with Singhania ladies is least explored till now...I don't consider them her mayka...as no mayka no matter how noble, sweet or butter factory they are would send shagun for someone who supposedly took their daughter's place specifically when daughter is alive...living in same house....

This was heights to watch. No mayka will ever send shagun for someone who supposedly took their daughters place and specifically when daughter is alive. Utter nonsense writing in this part too.

I am not touching about the legal aspect of the marriage because we don’t know if the Goenkas are purposely shown avoiding the fact that Kaira are married or they genuinely think their marriage is over as per the law being followed in this fictional world.

I would have bashed the characters if there had been a scene where they had explicitly made it clear that Goenkas are aware of the 7 year rule but are choosing to disregard it to permanently separate Kartik and Naira. However, right now it’s on the cvs for coming up with this fictional law where the marriage has bene automatically annulled due to the partner being perceived dead for 5 years and not 7. That’s poor writing.

I am still hoping that eventually the marriage would be declared invalid, forcing Vedika to walk out but prior to that I want a scene where Kartik himself makes it clear to one and all that Naira is the only woman for him, always has been. He can say something along the lines that he might never reconcile with Naira but that won’t change his feelings for her or allow him to give her place to someone else.

The Goenkas know that, maybe even Vedika does but she’s choosing to avoid thinking about it, so I want Kartik to make it clear to her and let her make the decision of either staying in this loveless marriage or move on with dignity.

Best case scenario would be Kartik moving out with Naira and Kairav because Kaira would never be able to mend themselves till they are surrounded with their lunatic family but I know it’s too good to be true.

Agreed that Naira is a not a weak FL. However, in the current track she is coming across as one. Could it be due to the love for her sick child, I don’t know. As I said in my other posts, I would rather have her stay at Singhanias.

I really hope Naira saves herself the embarrassment of having to watching Kartik break Vedika’s fast or perform any rituals with her. Kartik seems to have forgotten all about right and wrong and wouldn’t even care about the fact that Naira is watching him play hubby to Vedika, so Naira should take action on her own.

As for the Goenkas, screw them. Actually Singhania’s are worse. What noble price are they trying to win by sending gifts to her daughter’s sautan? Why do they love Kartik and Vedika so much that have overlooked Kartik’s fault in the entire matter. Maybe don’t hold a grudge against him but at least ask him what made him question their daughter’s/ sister’s character.

Logic aside, I am just watching the show for Kaira. Even if they were separated for 7 years on file, they were very much together onscreen .. either fighting or collaborating.

This track is the worst so far, they showmakers could have easily avoided bigamy track.

Thinking about singhanias makes me want to bang my head. I am at nairas side because literally everyone in the show is on kartiks side ..loving him... caring himm...and vedika. I wish naira would grow a spine and ask everyone in her mayka that no matter how lovely amd innocent vedika is ...how could they replace her ? I understand goenkas upto an extent but her mayka wala has no no no reason to give nairas place to vedika... literally no one cares for her... i wish she would ask about her being so easily replaced... i wish she would just taunt everyone...(like how everyone taunts her ) about being this easily replacable because frankly... you dont do that. OMG please let her do this. Maybe she has lost her rights over Kartik and the Goenkas by extension, but Singhania's are her family. They need to be questioned.

I really want angry Kaira back. Right or wrong, I want them to stop crying, looking like becharas and take a stand for themselves and their son.

@bold.. I so agree with this.. in fact Singhanias should have asked Goenkas to keep the Teej festival low key .. to avoid hurting Naira and Kairav. They are collaborating with Goenkas in promoting bigamy by sending Teej shagun for Vedika. Yup like what trophy are they trying to get??

I don't really want to be harsh on Naira, but I can't help and understand the emotions and backlash for Naira from many.

One thing, I know very well, when watching an Indian Television Drama, is that it comes with an invisible disclaimer, that the current track has not much significant relation with previous ones, so no need to connect the dots and just enjoy it as it is. And the advice to keep logical part of your brain to rest.

But, then again, there are times, one really can't help but get irritated with everything.

Naira staying in Goenka's when she already have her maternal home in the same city is a little idiotic plot. But, then again, if she is living in Goenka's and as a mother, she is giving away her self respect for her child, it's still acceptable to an extent.

Now that she is already doing a crazy thing, living in Goenka's, with Dadi and other insignificant characters, I would really love, for her to go senseless and crazy. A Mom, can go crazy to any extent. And by crazy, I mean good Crazy. And by good crazy, she can be the character with cold heart and dried up tears, with no one daring to speak a word to her. There are some scenes, where, she could have overheard Dadi or even overheard Vedika misinterpreting Naira's decision to go away, etc. This Dadi and other characters, have given her opportunities to "roar" back and give the stupid characters a good scare. I wish she does something worth crazy for something worth.

But Creatives and writers, I am really wishing, they won't ruin, whatever tiny hope that I am left with it, for the show.
