Outfits/ costumes in YRKKH

The actors usually dress very nicely yrkkh...Karthik looked very handsome in that white engagement suit,.But what irritates me is that they dress the supporting actors especially the women just like the female lead in functions ..and they always do it..the supporting actors can be well dressed but they don’t need to look just like the leads.. e.g. in kairas wedding ,.they dressed nairas grandmother so much like her..with the same jewelry etc,..that in the introduction of the episodes when they show karthik and naira in wedding gear...her granny who’s behind naira looks like the bride as well..lol. And in the engagement scene yesterday,.they gave swarna the same light pink dress like vedika ...swarna could have worn a pretty pink saree..after all she is mother to the groom ,.and she could have looked different ...or dressed her in a different color outfit ..but she also looked just as young and pretty as the future bride in the same color dress. And even in the other functions ..all the women are done up and sometimes outshine the female lead...

This is nothing new. Its ITV after all. Even some vamps look prettier than female lead at times in shows.

Well I guess this time the theme is cream and pink combination.

In Maheshwaris and Agarwals function in real also people dressed like its their own function

yeah true..even i got irritated before..esp. Dadi..she is not just alive but aging in reverse. This also used to happen in Diya aur baaati hum

Yes vamps are focused on their beauty even more while heroine is made to look simple and homely. As if makeup makes one bad.
