After the leap the storyline has become very weak.

Now I am reading that there is going to be another leap.

This show was successful because of the strength of the two characters Akshara and Naitik and the storyline was very good with them showing the relations of the two families.

New characters have come in and out of the show and added to the storyline.

Each of them added to the storyline and helped in moving things forward.

We have seen grown up Ananya and Sanju. They did justice to their roles and fit well with the rest of the family.

The two weakest characters added to the show have taken place after this past leap with the addition of grown up Naksh and Tara. For me neither of them fit well in the show. The addition of Tara's family seems out of place like a puzzle piece not fitting well with the rest of the puzzle.

Every time I have watched their scenes it seems out of place.

I don't think those characters have the strength to carryout their roles to move the storyline forward.

In fact I feel this leap has made the show take a downhill turn.

Maybe if they had shown Naksh having the same family values as presented in the show I would have accepted. But they made Naksh a spoiled and rebellious teenager who doesn't listen to anybody. That didn't gel well with me. Tara's dadaji called him besharam and batameez and I agree with him. Instead I found myself getting turned off with the show every time his and Tara's scenes came up. I preferred any other family scene instead of theirs.

To me it doesn't make sense that they focused on Naksh falling in love. They should have shown him matured and sensible. They could have focused on Ananya instead. Naira is completed overshadowed by Naksh. I feel even in the future leap the show will lose its focus of Akshara and Naitik trying to keep the family and relations strong because Naksh doesn't have the same values. Naksh character needs to be improved and I am hoping after the leap they have different actors playing Naksh and Tara and show them matured and sensible able to take on the responsibilities of marriage. For me both characters have a lot of growing up to do. Only then can this show move forward in a positive manner. The focus also shouldn't be solely on them as they can not be successful leads of the show. To make this couple a success more experienced and recognized actors would have to take their place. It is better if they focus future storylines on the other characters of the show.
