Akshara to assure family of her finest intentions in Yeh Rishta - Page 2

I have no interest in continuing with this show to watch Akshara make everyone beg and plead for forgiveness. Fault of the writers for presenting the storyline this way. Time to find another show to watch. And honestly it looks silly to see Akshara/ Naitik romancing as they are older now and have a son in college. How many of us would like to see our parents romancing? I just forward those scenes. My perspective is different because I am a mother of a 20 something year old so I am not watching the show for romance. It is funny to see how Naitik and Akshara fans fight over each other on this forum as it is very immature. These are fictional characters and after watching the show for 1/2 hour I forget about them. The show has been extended for too long now and its tires are wearing out. It is better if they wrap it up with a positive note instead of giving us these lame storylines.

@Bold: I agree completely! Writers have not left any stone unturned to butcher characters specially Akshara. Her innocence is gone. Moreover, in the process of showing akshara right all the time, which is impossible, they have started butchering all other characters.

The presentation of akshara is done in a way that she appears over confident, adamant.

Agree about kids as well, they are too smart of their age.

And yes! What lame thingbthatbhave shown to justify her actions today. Simple sorry of akshara was overlooked as if temple wedding was a small issue. In all this unrealistic nonsense, Devyani's doubts are not cleared.

I think the story is now only about how akshara do things instead of how the relationship of everyone is given equal importance.

Karishma is sidelined now. She don't even have dialogues. Show is now changed.

Worry not, we can send our messages to creatives as I'm in touch with at Facebook so lemme find contact of writers, for betterment of show.

And regarding romance, I would still like to watch regardless of Naitik-Akshara's age.😆

if you have contacts to cvs pls write of naitik akshara chemistry also.its not upto the mark.the distance is they keep is not of a couple but even strangers dont keep this much distance.There is lack of closeness warmth in their chemistry which dont make them look as adorable couple but certain cold vibe between them is is apparent in scenes now.Couple chemistry isnt coming naturally now but just finishing off the scene written in script with no efforts put to look like a couple

No worries as I don't take anything personally. I just look at the title of the show and I think of it as a story of how family members maintain relationships through challenges we all face in life. We have to respect each others space when living in a big family. Politics do occur in a joint family of this size. Typically you see the mil running over the dil in most shows but here Akshara gets respect and importance. I can understand fans liking Naitik/Akshara romance and that is fine as this show caters to all audiences. Everyone looks younger than their age in this show. Wish it was like that in real life. Devyani is an educated woman who helps her patients. She is not a malicious person. Everyone wanted Rashmi's happiness it just that each members views on this was different. Devyani felt her place and value in the house was being undermined by Akshara and the way they showed Sameer anyone would have doubted him. Some of his comments to Devyani were off. It is as if the writers started out with one idea and changed their minds midway in the track so it appeared off. It would have been nice if they had focused more on Rashmi and Gayu and the thought process of a girl remarrying after divorce. That would have changed peoples thinking about remarriage that a divorced person can have a 2nd chance at life and that things can work out again. I was interested in this track because I have raised a daughter by myself so I could relate to Rashmi's concerns for her daughter and how she would adjust. Also I live in the U.S so I compare how Indians think here with what they show as views in India. Lets hope they improve on the storyline and dialogues so that it is a great as it used to be in the beginning. There is a lot one can learn about life from this show.

As usual Akshara is always right. (Please note I'm not an Akshara/HIna basher you can see my previous posts in this forum). Seriously why couldn't Devyani be right, I mean the quickness with which everything happened will make anyone think twice, also if some senior than you is saying I have some doubts, don't blast at them for thinking wrong. Why can't CVs ever make Akshara wrong, or have some fault, it would be nice to see her have some flaws rather than be Miss Perfect all the time.

In my mind I was not satisfied despite watching this show from the very beginning. Devyani being a MIL and sort of one of the senior members of the household was made to look really bad. She lost her respect in the singhania household which is not right. After all she is Akshara's MIL and deserves that respect. It felt like she was put down badly for feeling a negative intuition about Sameer and was treated like an outsider when she only had Rashmi's wellbeing in her heart. Somehow it was shown that Akshara has a more respect in the house then her mil which is wrong as Devyani deserves the same respect that was given to Gayatri when she was alive. Some of Akshara's dialogues came off as malicious to her MIL. I feel Devyani will never get respect in this household. I mean if Bhabhi ma had that same feeling wouldn't have the family given some respect to her feelings?
