seriously far as i know Karan has been in relationship even b4 the show started and he did 1000's of romantic scenes as Naitik so i don't understand what difference will the wedding make? 😕🤣

i was upset because of naitik condition and didnt want naitik to get sidelined and may be in tension used akshara show term..but i dont know whats in it to make fun of me.i didnt expect from this forum
