Heya everyone! 😊 im here with the discussion of the week (DOTW) for the 28th week of 2012.. i.e from 8th July till 15th July..😃 it's really been a long time since we had a nice discussion, isn't it?😃 So here i am with the topic of discussion for this week :

Have WE changed our mindset?

so all you out there.. don your thinking caps and join me in the disccusion of the week on this topic..😃

i would first like to say Akshara's dialogue here - samay kaise pankh laga kar udd jata hai..😊 abhi abhi toh we entered in 2012, and now, more than half the year has already gone! and it's really not just about this year, it's about several years that have gone by just like that!😊

we live in 21st century.. we have become so modernised, sky isn't the limit for us as we've already reached the moon, but tell me, have things back home really changed? even now, we hear about cases that gives us goosebumps, and appreciate God to have given us such a wonderful family and life..*touchwood*

many of you must have guessed it by now about the topic.. yess it's all about us, G3, Chiki and the stringent mindset..

first of all, let's all accept that there are people who are even worst than G3.. it would make our discussion a lot more easier..😊

in lieu of the above, here're some questions i'd like you all to answer..😊

1. is G3 really that bad?

i mean, inspite of all her inhibitions, she's still letting that little girl stay there, though most unwillingly.. also, she allowed her to give her a massage on her head at the behest of Bma ofcourse, but she did let her touch her..😲 no matter how much irritated she must have been, she's never said that girl to get out of the house.. she has always told everything to Bma.. it's a different thing altogther that Chiki overheard their convo..

when i hear about untouchability and castiesm, my heart goes out to those people who have suffered the wrath of society in yesteryears and even today..

2. Chiki - i wonder what might have happened to that girl.. what's it that's stopping her from going back to her own home?

does she have a home? her parents? her siblings? if not, does the orphanage she lives in treats her with love?

i doubt so.. she seems to me as a girl with a dark past.. and looking at that, don't you still think G3 is a lot better when compared to those people who have compelled that little girl to run away?😊

3. G3's mentality -

however she has been behaving is SICK..🤢

this is NOT the way you treat a child.. no matter how much i talk in favour of G3 by saying she's acting real and everything, i'd always accept that her mentality is wrong here.. if a person has found refuge in your house, you should respect it.. she has inherited this backward mentality from her ancestors, but im sure she's also inherited values related to 'Atithi Devo Bhavah' meaning 'Guest is God'.. if not for any other reason, she should atleast be nice to Chiki because she's a (unwanted) guest at their house..😊

what i want to ask is - can we hope to see a change in this stringent mentality in the future? love changes people in most unexpected of ways, and no matter how rude and unreasonable and everything she is, can we see a change in her for the better?😊

4. Bma - a lot here think Bma is finally getting a backbone.. i want to ask a thing, had Dj for once not allowed Chiki to stay in their home, would Bma still behave the way she's behaving now?

i believe she's abiding by her husband in this case rather than taking her own stand in this issue..

anyone who can prove me wrong?😊

DJ - it's amazing how he was more conservative and strict than G3 but now has become one of the most loved characters in the show..😆

even at the time of Naksh's marriage when he refused to take Dahej from Vishambhar to saying'agar ladki hoti toh bhi itni hi khushi hoti' to keeping this suspicious girl in his house, i have always maintained though not really liberal, he's definitely not conservative!😊

Akshara - i must admit not many can think the way she can..😊

Daddaji and Akshara are perfect example of tuning between the two individual despite the generation gap..😊 in this fast paced world, when it's difficult to find even two peers thinking on the same lines, we know two people - though fictitious, with an age gap of almost 40-50 years thinking just the same..😊

i wrote this to ask,

5. can WE ever reach even the half of where these two charcters reached?

6. what have WE done to curb this menace in the society?

had we been in their shoes, do you think we would have really accepted Chiki in our house in the first place?

7. we all have that one family member who's too conservative - how would have we dealt with them?

personally g3 is nt tht bad if we see turn over of her ...g3 is far better compare to many mil's out in india .g3 was really supportive to akshara during .sneha ,miscarriage n recently whnh akshara was sandwiched betwen naitik n shaurya .akshara wud be in worst condition if she dnt have g3 ..

in this case im cmplitly against her .acc to me she is nly allowing chikki to be in house bcozz its dadaji's decision..

g3 character is such a character who never thinks ..if she use to be in such a situation wht she wud expect r do

i really suggest u all in ur life if u need to decide something on others ,,first camly keep urself in thr place n think ..if i wud be in thr place wht wud i do r expect thm to do

2)chikki:

IM sure she is havng a dark past..she getting emotonal during akshara singing lorri for duggu..sumwere i feel like she does have a mother ..knwing rajsthan .acc to me she bycotted her house ..may bhi she is frm house were girls r nt respected r cared ..

small children get diviated were thy get love .chikki is getting love in ss so she dsnt wnt to leave ss

3)BM is back to her character ..bcozz i stll remember whn ss brought rishta for akshara ..BM was described very nicely .thy described BM actuly wht is being nw ..BM does respect dadaji decision ..per acc to me she is kind of who even see's wht wrong wht's right..bcozz she was the first among elders who first accepted mohit ..whch even dadaji dint do

4)dadaji i really respect him alt ..i knw he was strickt in starting ..he was strict in starting tht wize akshara is such a bahu ..askahara perfect as a bahu kahi na kahi dadaji is main resn behind it.today akshara has a right to say n be without pallu wht g3 as being bahu also dnt have it .dadaji and akshara always had sasur n bahu relation ..whch litrealy RB wud have been but it genraly happns in marwari families if elders r thr ..thy have all rights ..

5)akshara is seriously my idol ..i wud love to become atlst 50% of her ..i knw many ppl said she is nt a perfect patni .but i dnt agree to it ,bcozz its like jaise attimes business cum first priority to naitik.waise hi ss ppl become her priority .jaise business naitik ki responsibiltity hai waise hi ss r akshara's responsibility .wht is naitik for her she had proved when ever she got chance n go to ..

as thy say negeative things take our postive .same is here .sumtimes akshara sidelining naitik. killed her all situations were she was with naitik storngly

akshara is shown all times doing good deeds .bcozzz ppl like her ..and we genrally try to do things wht our loved one's do ..this the main concept wht all things wll be revolving around naksh .bcozz thy r leads n ppl love leads..at a point we wud think if she can do so much y cant we do atlst half of tht .THT half effort frm atlst half INDAIN'S wll cahnge internal india ..

naksh always spreaded tht love can buy r gain anyting ..whch is true ..wht ur true love u can win anyone.even its 21st century even today ppl r won by heart.

shayad i dnt find akshara mahan bcozz ..i knw i can actually do things ..wud she does 😃

INDIA sirf name sake ka liya develope hua ..INDIA still have a long way to go for achiving actually success..ajj bhi INDIA may woh sab hota hai ..joh pehle bhi hota tha ..thr is no difference between bfr independence INDIA aur ab ka INDIA..first britsih use to cheat us nw our own ppl cheat us ..first i had a doubt on it per stayameva jaayeti's all epi cleared very wll ki INDAI is nowere changed internally ..

IM sure if my hubby use to someone like naitik .i wud nt give a taught to bring someone like chikki to my house ..,my metarnal home wud never mind at such step of mine .bcozz .my dadu dad n all wud react same like dadaji ..thy wud allow to keep someone like chikki at house and wud complaint to police..

bcozz my family always believe ki ajj were thy r kaal shayad hum waha hosakta hai

my family very wll taught me ki bfr reacting think wht u wud if u were in a particular situation 😃

See the lady has her heart in the right place.😊 She's basically a good human being. I know she'll even take care of Chikki now, if the need arises.😛
I feel deep down, G3 doesn't despise the girl anymore. She knows that the Singhanias have grown fond of Chikki. That they feel happy and lively when she's around.😊

@blue: Speaking turkey, G3 places Girija and Chikki in (more or less) the same category. She thus feels that the treatment given to both of them shall also be (almost) the same. Hence the 'alag bartan, aur zameen pe baitha ke khilana' wali baatein.🤢
Chikki isn't a untouchable re nor does G3 consider her one. As such letting Chikki touch her wasn't a big deal. She even allows Girija to give her a massage, doesn't she?😉

@green: If you notice, in this issue, G3 wears her heart on her sleeves only before BM and Akshara, not even Naitik.😉 That's because she knows DJ, RB or Naitik would never welcome her proposal.😃 She's aware that she does not posses the authority to ask Chikki to leave.🤪 Here she asks Chikki to get out of SS and there she'll get reprimanded by DJ. G3 has no option but for complaining and sulking.😃

I think most of us complain about G3's behaviour because she's the greyest character of all the Singhanias.👎🏼 Yes, she's a hell lot better than those callous people out there but if compared to the other Singhanias, she's the black sheep of the family.😈

Yes, we can, in fact, we will. I can almost vouch for this.😃
G3's behaviour towards Chikki is only going to get better with time.😊
And once Nandini-Mohit adopt her (which I am almost sure of), she'll definitively be one of the apples of G3's eye.😉 'One of the' because Duggu is THE apple of her eye.😆

Agreed completely. BM just blindly believes and follows what DJ says or believes in; be it the batwara track, Naitik-Shaurya's tiff track or the present track for that matter, BM has always supported DJ. I don't remember even one instance where she stood her ground against DJ. 🤪

I think this is the very reason why he is held in great reverence by the Singhanias or even the Maheshwaris for that matter.⭐️

Akshara - i must admit not many can think the way she can..😊
She's a gem of a person.👏 Aise log toh diya lekar dhoondne par bhi nai milte.😳
But I think Naitik also deserves appreciation here.😳 If it was not for his support and encouragement, Akshara would have never been able to keep her selfless nature intact.😃
I have seen people (husbands) who abhor their spouses for their maategiri and almost compel them to turn into selfish humans.🤢

i thnk she is not that bad..bcoz agar she is such main bad then kab ke chikki ko ss se getout kardi hothi...ha i accept ki her behavour towards chikki is not right...specially the first day of chikki in ss masnion g3 ka behvour dekh kar muje uspe bohauth gussa aaya...duggu ko touch math karna...separate plate..etc...bt still she allows her to stay in ss mansion...g3 didnt like that girl...so she finds prblm everythng in chikki do...hum sab bhi aisa hi hai agar humain kuch pasand nahi hai tho we ll try to find its faults. ..

2.Chiki -
muje lag raha hai she is frm some orphanage...or she may styng with some relatives bcoz she lost her parents...so thet r behvng rudely with chikki or somethng happend hoga...thts y she left der n reached in park...

3..G3's mentality

g3's behavour is completely wrong...vo bachhi hai..uske sath aise behve karana achi bath nahi hai...
hope ki she ll change her behaviour soon...

dekh kamu in simple terms yrkkh is the serial no hyper high voltage drama ..

yrkkh hamesha sa hi simple simple track dekhte hua aaya hai

yrkkh show the things happn in society ,,per thy try to show thr own of way solving things bcozz some families have gone through such situation some may go ...whm have gone through it cannot be changed ,,but naksh r yrkkh can set a example how to react at such situation

akshara is mahan ..but akshara's character ..joh kaam kaarta hai tht is no were mahan whn u see to othr leads on tv present day ..

and thy say naitik dnt get screen space ..naitik gets lot whn compared o any other drama...even i love to see naitik all the time ..per see even in 21st century our society is man headed society ..sp is trying to level this gape by showing female lead as more efficent bcozz if ppl cnt become cmplitly like her ..but atlst half of her ..wll make the society man and women level headed ..with out bending on either sided 😃

yess it is, but you see, she's never hit that girl, though i do agree that verbal abuse is as bad as physical abuse, yet she's been staying in her limits.. Akshara is one who's over protective of the girl, others are just as neutral while G3 is on the other side.. it's okay.. she's right in a way ki she's suspicious of the girl and everything, having said that, i do accept that she's treating that girl very harsh, and it's not done..😊

do you really think she accepted Mohit because she was thinking in the right direction?😕 i disagree.. she agreed to the rishta only and only because she was thinking of Nandini.. that decision of her's was purely based on emotions and nothing else.. there was no righteousness involved..😊
however right, however wrong - tumhare Daddaji ko accha nahi lagega..
the batwara thing for instance.. she knew DJ is wrong.. still, did she do anything in that case? NO.. she stood by her husband through thick and thin..

i relate to Akshara only to an extent, not more than that yar! but, i do appreciate the way she thinks.. there are only a few who can stay like Akshara even after 3 years of marriage, and im not really one of them.. but then, it doesn't mean i don't love her..😊 i really respect her for what she is..😊 at times i admit im pissed off with her, but that's purely because i feel i might not have reacted in the same way as she did.. that's it..😊

haa exactly! as i said somewhere, when your irritated, no matter what that person does, you'd always get irritated.. it's basic human nature..😊
she's been acting rude and everything, but you know i realised she's not bad after when she allowed Chiki to give her a massage.. it was unwillingly, but she did allow her in the end, and that's what matters..😊

i never believe Akshara is Mahan.. she has her own share of flaws..

i try and not to use word like Mahan aur maate for her, don't remember if i have ever termed her like this.. must be impulsive..😕

about Naitik getting screen space or not, well - i don't care, to be frank.. i just want the story to revolve around Naksh.. may be indirectly it does mean that i want to see Naitik or basically Naksh on the screen more.. but then, i don't want the story to revolve around Naitik or Akshara alone, but together as Naksh..
