I dont think Naitik will be upset.. He would be concerned for aksharas health.. Thats it.. If Aksharas health is fine then i dont think naitik will be unhappy with this news.. Promos are just meant to create hype.. Nothing else.. If they show everything positive how they we will be able to create curiosity amongst viewers??

did u see 23rd april maha episode promo u can see when akshi showing the medical report to naitik see his face for he is shocked other views say that he is worried

no di.. i didnt see that promo... naitik wont b sad wid this news..he might b worried for some ghata in business... or he mught b teasing akshi.. hope this is only the case...
