we cant make a video on youtube.. we can upload a made video on youtube..
u need windows movie maker or some video making software to make a video...

for taking pics from videos.. first download that video from youtube...
for downloading.. u need to download the youtubedownloader...
after downloading..u need to convert the video from flv to avi...
then import that video in movie maker.. and wen u play the clip.. below.. there will b a camera icon.. click that.. ull get the pic..
