Yes, the first episode I watched was Shaurya Varsha wedding and Akshara's rejection!I had never noticed the promo as I wasn't particularly fond of any daily soaps............The only show I used to watch was Indian Idol-1, because I liked that guy Rahul Vaidya...............But later, I liked "pyaar mil jaaye song"(that was played during ShaVa wedding) and that's how I started 2 watch this show............After Naitik's entry, I began 2 watch it daily of course 4 his sake and now I guess, I'm addicted 2 it completely and am totally in love with every aspect of the show...........

i'm watching yrkkh frm 12th jan :D i always liked it..there was freshness in the story, all the actors were nice, music was ammazing and when naitik entered, tht was it..i was hooked to it and i got crazier day by day watching them....first yrkkh and now IF and FB, VM's and siggies, now i can't imagine my life without yrkkh

ditto that...I remember waiting restlessly for the serial to start. who knows how many times I watched that original promo. it was just so appealing, story seemed different, i went crazy for the title song (lyrics and music), and Hina also caught my eye.

and after March 6th, there was no going back 😍

i dnt knw maine ye show dekhna kyon shuru kiya...bt i watchd it frm d very first day...i saw d promos ...waz attracted 2 it..but waz nt lyk ki ye shw regular dekhna hai...but ab dis shw has bcum a verry verry important part of mah lyf......

ye show lyk karne ka har reason hai....i startd falling in luv wid dis shw as days passed...

iska concept{love after marrriage} isne mere dil o sabse jyaada touch kia...and den d title track..its just superb..vo title track k rishte ka deepness xplain karta hai...2 families ke happiness ko dikhata hai..hw 2 families bcum imp 2 each odr....definiteley karn and hina r 1 reasonn 4 watchn d show..dey r so perfect....vo traditional values ...itna pyaar...aise rishte ...all des wwr my reasons of watchin dis shw...

i will say is shw main khali ek pati patni nai balki har rishtey ke upar kahin na kahin focus kia hai...frendhsip..love...respect 4 elders,...everydng...i mean aaj ke tym pe ye sab is quite impossible..

is show ne eri zindagi bhi badal di hai...dis shw reflects so much about a girls lyf...shaadi ke baad uki zindagi kitni badal jaati hai...dat s shown so weell...my di gt married recently...so kaafi related tha vo is shw se...

i m sure ki ab we all cant liv widout dis shw...and kahin na kahin ye hamare zindagi me hum isko mehsus karte hai..

dis shw has gvn me a lot of frendz...i gt 2 knw abt if...thnx guyz 4 all ur love and support...u all ro ..yrkkh rokks..😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

Lovely topic, Sabiya...

Ohhhh, I am a sucker for reminiscing...so I started watching YR for Aksh's naanima...just kidding...I did actually start watching the show around the time they introduced naani's character, right before the engagement. I was intrigued with the role reversal between naani and daadi (if one goes by stereotypes)...and then I saw NAKSH...both Naitik and Akshara were such beautiful, fresh faces...I went and did a google search on the show and liked the idea of an arranged marriage, and the concept of finding love after marriage....After the Naksh engagemebt sequence I spent 2 weeks on youtube catching up from Jan-June...thats when I really fell in love with Naksh...Naitik actually reminded me a lot of my hubby when we first met...his character always brought a smile to my face...Akshara was such a pretty, mellow, pure hearted person....I loved how she never bowed down to Naitik, even before the engagement.

I also appreciated that the family and supporting members on both sides were well cast and suited their roles to a T. The high production values also added a lot to the way the story was presented...
thats how the YR obsession started for me....😃

LOL when I told my elder sister about this show...right around the time RR was introduced, she watched ALL the episodes from Jan-June in just two days 🤣

Yeh Rishta is an addiction for me as well... I'm too obsessed with it! 😳

I've been watching this show since the very first day. The title track attracted me at first... the song is so warm and nice. All the songs that the Yeh Rishta music team have made are nice.

Then the concept interested me. I loved watching all the traditional values portrayed [since here in the States.. those values seem to be fading away..], the portrayal of all the relationships to one another also got me hooked to this show.

And I watch for ShaVa since I've loved them from the time they've been introduced. 😳

Dude, if I was not in the midst of a move and sans kids, I would probably have watched all the previous epis in a day!!!! I was so hooked, and couldn't wait to watch them all...2 weeks was torture... 😆
