i dun know frm where and when it came...but even my saas used to take it in front of her in laws..she told me once tht she couldn't go in front of daadaji without covering her head...so the tradition is not that old...they were asked to wear saarees 24 X 7 ! 🤢

Whenever i go to Delhi, or here in Chandigarh, or a small town or village, i NEVER see any woman covering her head..it's totally out...totally..i think so..haan a few women feel comfortable in saarees only..specially in west and south..but in North India, saarees are also out..

Not only Naitik, but I think everyone in the family loves Akshara... but this show will teach us how new brides need to be patient and how to tackle different situations in order to settle down in new life...As Naitik's father said that Akshara' mind is now like Kora Kagaz, whatever you write will stay there... Coming from such a cultured and loving family, Akshara will win the hearts of all in no time...No one is against her, for everyone she is their own and for Akshara everyone in the family is hers...

I think its not that Akshara doesn't like taking pallu or a matter of respect...as Charu pointed above its not new for her she has seen her mom and chachi do that.
But i think its more becoz the new generation doesn't take the pallu ..again pointed above by Charu very well.....Even our parents took it and my mom and mom in law still do it...but my FIL himself asked me when i got married not to cover the head and it is the same with many girls here in North India.....
So why i want her not to take Pallu is just for the reason that waqt ke saath chalna chaiye...but if a girl likes to do it then its her choice...
And in this case since its a soap ...she looks good without pallu so thats why too..
Dadaji might not like it...but Dadaji is good...upar se sakht hai for traditions....but he allowed Naitik to go for interview...he allowed Akshara to give exams.....so might allow her that too...you never know...
