For me, this was the highlight of today's episode...Gayitri deserved that scolding from bhabhi ma.....From today's episode, it seems that Gayitri is overshadowed by bhabhi ma big time !

hhmm I think Naitik deciding tht akshara will not attend college HAS something to do with his insecurity & possessiveness for Akshara....Today he was acting sooo childish..i mean i was thinking WHY are they getting him married? he needs to grow up ! he didn't realize the seriousness of the situation ! taking everything so lightly ! He's acting like a child who wants the toy he likes at any cost !!!! Till tdy i thought he will support Akshara sooner or later but first, he needs to get some maturity in him so as to take the right decision for himself and his wud be family....

Absolutely agree with you..

not only naitik... but his mom too needs to grow up a bit...

okei..not grow up but look at things with a lil more detaill...

having invited akshara withut neone's permission knowin it is somethin dat wudnt b approved of... (dont tell me..she didnt know how daddaji wud react and she really needed bhabhi maa and all the others in d house to tell her abt daddji's likin for reeti-rivaaz) and the way she just succumbs to naitik and his demands..

and naitik on the other hand..was oblivious to everythin..the seriousness of the situation..for him it just seemed like another passing day with no meanin for him..

how he is tied with another family and the responsibilities..

naitik's character is actually relly immature..(mayb the marriage will knock his head up or will make him possess akshara's life..like literally),,, he might turn out to b d reallly carin and lovin husbands but the ones dat cannot see their wife livin their own life and needs her life to b tied to his and the wife's name to be linked to his and known only as naitik singhania's wife and not akshara singhania...

ah yes...Naitik doesn't realize that going to college n stopping her from coming to his house won't solve any problem..Akshara's parents will keep waiting for her and getting upset during the tilak...what will Gayitri tell them? Naitik went to the college n informed akshara? Naitik and Akshara's secret will be out ! If Gayitri or Naitik or anyone doesn't tell them why Akshara didn't come, they'll go back home and ask Akshara right? What will she tell them? tht naitik had come to see her? what will they think abt Naitik and Akshara then? in all this confusion, the "secret" which Maheshwaris were trying to hide will be out ! that akshara is attending the college n giving her exams ! and hence this big trouble of "would be bahus" not allowed to attend college crap....

but my dear don't underestimate naitik..he will do whatever we're expecting him to do....sooner or later....but in all this we must also remember what Akshara wants...does she want a life & identity seperate from Naitik Singhania? Akshara is expected to play the perfect bahu part....but acc. to the serial, this is all whatz expected from girls ! wud Vishambhar want Varsha to go for job? to have a career? If Akshara really wants something then she CAN get it IF she's ready to make an effort...tht's how it should be...but i don't know how it will be in the serial 😊

Well...its a serial so yes sooner or later naitik will be the adarsh pati 😆, just wat we expect..

im talkin abt right now... dun think he is ready for it at present.. its more like making him go through everythin n him learnin with past time and the experiences he faces with akshara as a married couple..

also, akshara wanting or not to hav a separate identity... but education is everyone's right and that to be taken away...m not too happy with it.

Even if she isnt goin to b workin or using her knowledge for ne purpose... if at ne point of him hells breaks loose and they relly need to get akshara to work..then wat..?( im not sayin this as a serial..i mean in real life..)

if there is a financial crunch and if the family cud relly do with extra bucks...then education is a must

i totally think that it is akshara's right to stufy.

not only cos. of the financial crunch but for many reasons. a girl needs to b independent so that if someday she faces problems in her marital life, she can stand up for herself and fend for herself. also, the husband may not b with her forever. so, if anything happens to him, she should not b dependent on her in-laws or anybody.

so, i think it is akshara's right to study and bcome independent. naitik stopping her will only show that he is an insecure and possesive person who blieves in sending his sis to college and also supporting her in her projs., but is against his wife studying further. i hope better sense prevails.

p.s., i think naitik's sis (sorry,, dunno her name) also goes 2 akshara's college. as the other day she went to the canteen to call her. so, how doesnt she tell her bro about akshara's exams? she must b aware of it?

absolutely..every child has a right to study but it's not about studies only..........if we talk about this serial then it raise this issue bec. they want to show that girls have no right to take any decision...her marriage is being decided by her parents, her education is decided by her in laws, what she should wear, what she should do , what she should think is decided by someone else ...before marriage it's her parents who're taking decisions, after marriage it's her husband and in laws...so how should we change it and stand up for ourselves.....in upcoming episodes we might see Akshara voicing her opinion about this......

this is a reality for every girl (specially in India) whether she's a homemaker or a career woman...people around us are taking decisions for us all the time....i'm a housewife n i know what all problems i had to face bec. of this...ur first priority automatically becomes ur husband, his family, ur next priority is ur children and u have to find ur place amongst them....

I'm happy they brought up this issue n i know they will find a better solution to this and to all such problems in future...
