i need help. Why doesn't my avatar show up at the side? plzz tell me. It shows at the settings page but does not show up on the forums.

it is probably because it exceeds the 40kb icon size limit.

Go to your settings and click yes on the following:

Show Video Avatars + Banner Signatures

Yes< = value=True name=High_graphic> No< = value=False name=High_graphic>

Its near to the end.
