Rudra is more correct because the clinics are better equipped for handling these patients. The family can provide full support by going for regular visits and all.

I dont understand hoe Preesha wants to give saransh to her , as Rudra asked how will she take care of kid when she cant take care of herself, Preesha had no answer.

Second good question -what is the guarantee that she will not put saransh's life in danger .
