NOTE:

Please put your words clicking on the link above I do think everyone and everything as every show has it own value so please ......

The repeat value of around the first 50-60 episodes of Yeh Hai Chahatein is kinda low because of too much drama. There were hardly any scenes of leads. Heck, we didn’t even get proper scenes of Saransh and Rudr.

On the other hand, YHM had a great start. The repeat value was so damn high for the initial episodes because it was light hearted and focused more on the budding bond between Ishita and Ruhi. That is what drew people to the show.

YHC has become better only after marriage. Just when the popularity of the show was picking up because of good episodes, we are facing this break.

So yeah, YHC is still a long way away from become even half as good as it’s parent show now. But yeah I am confident that it will get there soon.

BTW, I feel the leads need to have support systems like the ones in YHM. Raman has Mihir and Romi while Ishita had Mihika and Vandita. Here Bunty and Bubbles are supposed to be that role, but they aren’t enough. We need new characters because the show seems to have too less characters. I don’t want them to exhaust the story too soon and then introduce some rubbish characters and focus on them. Rather we can have parallel side tracks.

I was thinking on that lines too rajeev was the support system but he was bump off...bunty and bubbles doesn't have that aura

like in kkb abhi-purab,yhm raman-mihir-romi,ishita-vandita-mihika,in pb reysnsh-dilsher paaji,pranati-archit

that true friend who gives rudraksh-preesha the best advice and the solid support show them the right path of love and life

Definitely! I agree with you.

Ru and Pree defo needs a strong supporting system. Usually in other shows leads have best best friends who are there to support them and to move story forward with their tracks in parallel. Bounty and Bubbles lack that factor, they give a vibe of side characters really (the one which are showed once in a while).

The worst is in YHC, that neither Ru or Pree have any siblings (both have lost theirs respective in the past). It’s just really makes me wonder how will YHC have an interesting story/track in long term.😕

I kind of like the fact, YHM had more characters, so there were more interesting tracks running in parallel with full focus on leads with initial custody drama.

This is something we needs in YHC! Makers should really find a way to introduce strong supporting characters for both Ru and Pree.

True!!👍🏽

I would say only first few episodes of YHC are good to watch on repeat and then episodes post RuSha marriage are good! There is a huge chunk of episodes in between (hanging crap), that was super drag and boring!😩

I personally felt that Rajiv character was killed off too early in the show (within 1 month). It’s like CVs were in rush to show the death/hanging plot.

If makers really wanted to go this route, they should have waited for atleast 2-3 months for the show to settle and in meantime should have shown Ru and Saransh bonding properly with some sort of bonding with substance/friendship between Ru-Pree. Also could have shown Pree knowing Rajiv as in a person like personality wise (as per show Pree thinks Rajiv has betrayed Mahima). Atleast this MU should have been cleared for Pree.🤦🏽‍♀️

In comparison with YHM, YHM did well by showing bonding between Ishita and Ruhi before introducing wedding track. There was decent interaction shown between Raman and Ishita before starting their wedding track. Also Bhala and Iyers were big families and bonded well with each other in the show. Something YHC is lacking! :/

Overall I do feel YHC is a rushed product.🤔 I felt the show has been rushed to be on air straight after YHM ends. Perhaps EK did not want to lose 10:30 pm YHM slot on SP because I remember one of Karan Patel’s interview, where he said YHC will be on air few days after YHM. He did not say, it will start the day YHM will end.

However, I have enjoyed initial episodes and current episodes post RuSha’s wedding because of the main leads chemistry❤️and other supporting actors performance.

Hopefully YHC does become a success, it’s currently one of the good shows on TV!😊👍🏽

I feel exactly the same. The characters and their back story seemed half baked at times. From day 1, I have been complaining about the lack of enough characters on the show.

The highlight is that this show had been in the making since 2018. The story was modified a lot of times it seems. Initially it was supposed to be a more mature story like YHM. I think Akanksha, Karanvir, Parul and Zebby were cast for the show. I think originally Preesha was supposed to be the biological mother of Saransh or something. Akanksha is 28 something and has already played a mother. But somehow that didn’t materialise and they tweaked the script and brought in young actors. I also read somewhere that many actors were reluctant to play mother father characters and that is why Ekta had to change the script.
Frankly, they could have stretched YHM longer until YHC was ready. It was getting the same ratings as YHC (during BB time). They should have launched after BiggBoss got over. In that way, they could have worked better on the script and also gotten a better launch. Anyway, what’s done is done. Let’s hope YHC gets the popularity it deserves.

@ bold- agree with you. Rajiv shouldn't have been killed off so soon. Though he was a bit spineless but he was a good character. I still kind of liked him and his bonding with rudra was heartwarming❤️

If they wanted him out of picture for story to progress, they could have kept him in comma or something. His death broke down rudra and he lost his sole support system.

And YHC does seem like a rushed product. Many characters are not well developed. Like you really don't know what the motivation behind their actions is. Mostly ahana and yuvraj. They seem one dimensional with no rhyme or reason why they are so villianous. I know yuvi is money hungry but still murdering someone is a big thing, he doesn't even seem to have any remorse. Ahana on the other hand doesn't even seem to have any soft corner for rajiv, he has died but it doesn't seem to affect her. Any human being will feel bad if a person whom you have lived with so many years die😒

I don't like mahima too that much, she seemed to be a confusing character, i mean she first tells rajiv she doesn't expect anything from him but she will give birth to the child nevertheless then leaves him being angry that he couldn't leave his wife. Wants to give birth to child but is depressed. While in the delivery room, it just felt like she was waiting for the delivery and then die😕 maybe the scene played out like that. If she couldn't handle it, she could have aborted the child, but leaving all the responsibility on pree was wrong. I mean if she was so determined to give birth to the kid she should have been strong enough for him, she just handed over the kid to pree. Its a different story that pree raised him as her own kid. But what if she didn't?

They should have shown more of mahima rajeev to give a peek into their characters.

And another thing i am disappointed is pree not being the actual mom. And rudra being related to saraansh. Though this gives a lot of depth to their bond, it doesn't serve the social message it was meant to convey. The initial promo showed pree was not getting married because she was a mom. I would have liked more if she was a divorcee or widow and rudra a stranger to them. It would have been better if rudra gradually bonded with saraansh and fell for pree. Now he just married pree for saraansh as his bro wanted that.

It doesn't show a single mother can start a new life which it meant to show according to initial promos.

Sorry i have skipped few episodes and scenes so please clarify if i have said something wrong due to omission of details😆

Sorry for the long rant😆

We all are also of the same opinion. I agree that it is a big thing to accept your sister’s son as your own. But the premise behind this marriage is what is not convincing.

We wanted a consensual marriage like in YHM where Ishita and Raman were clear that the marriage was only for Ruhi’s sake. Here the marriage happened for a Saransh but mainly because Rudr wanted his nephew to be with him.

Yup!! The fact that Saransh is her sister's son but she still raised him as her son is he big thing and that's why I have huge respect for her character and it gives a whole new depth to their bond but it doesn't suit the premise of the show.

And same is for rudra-saransh. Their bond is adorable no doubt but I would have liked it more if they weren't related like ishu-ruhi. Atleast they could have shown rudra bonding and falling in love with the kid before knowing Saransh is his nephew. Now I hope rudra falls for Pree before knowing she is saransh's massi.

Nobody apart from her parents and yuvi seem to know that Pree is actually massi , so what have they told relatives and all about it?
