29th May 2019 Written Update Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai

Part 1

Rakesh is struggling to open the door as a neighbor (Saiba) watches through the keyhole. She recollects fainting in his arms. Sarita calls the Secretary and asks to come as Rakesh is trying to break into her house. Secretary assures to reach pronto.

Naina says Dad is not in the flat. Sameer says morning, you went missing, and now ur dad. Is this family tradition? Naina fumes. She insists on him to go look for Rakesh and Sameer resists but she forces him. Rakesh breaks into the flat and falls on Saiba's arms. He fumes on her for locking the door of his flat. Secretary threatens to call cops. All neighbors throw shame and allegations on Rakesh. Sameer and Naina reach there. Sameer asks Rakesh to calm but he fumes on them for calling him characterless. He says he is a teacher and lost his wife 15 years ago. Naina asks him to calm. Secretary warns him and says this is Mumbai. Another neighbor asks to throw Rakesh out of the society. Naina requests them to listen to them. Sameer tries to broker peace but Secretary refuses to budge and calls Society meeting. Shibani defends Sameer and family. Secretary agrees. Sameer asks Naina and Rakesh to go inside. Naina asks Sameer to ensure he wont let his dreams break as staying in the society is most important to fulfil his dreams. Sameer assures. At the society meeting, Shibani assures Sameer she wont let them get kicked out at any cost. She asks if he has watched DDLJ or they could go watch together. Preeti's mom-in-law comes and fumes for being called late in the night. Secretary says that Sameer and family cant stay in the society. Other members agree. Saiba explains the whole mess. Saiba says that it might be a misunderstanding and that Rakesh may have gotten confused. Gopal insists on Saiba to explain once again. Secretary instigates Saiba. Sameer recollects his promise to Naina. Sameer lies and says that Rakesh has mental issues.

Narrator -- Such a strange idea could be in Munna-Pandits head only. I left Ahmedabad but our connection couldnt be broken. When they learnt of what i did, they praised me like no tomorrow.

Naina asks Rakesh to calm down and goes to get a glass of water. Rakesh keeps fuming saying i cant tolerate anyone blotting my character. Naina says we understand. Rakesh says u do, they dont. Sameer says thats why Naina brought him to Mumbai for his treatment. We have to help family. Rakesh insists to go talk to the society people himself. But Naina tries to stop him and says Sameer will manage the show. Rakesh worries what about the society guys. Naina calms him. Society people worry for their safety. Sameer says only has memory issues nothing major. Gopal tries to instigate others but Sameer reassures and requests to bear with Rakesh's issues. Society guys agree to not take any action but to ensure someone escorts him at all times. Sameer reassures.

Society guys decide to keep a close eye on Sameer and family. Sameer breathes a sigh of relief.

Part 2

Shubham asks Sameer that is this why Rakesh din attend ur wedding? Sameer says yes. Shubham wonders why Preeti din tell this.

Narrator-- To save my career, i lied but its like a chess, to save one lie, i did have to say 100 more lies.

Sameer comes back to the flat and asks Rakesh what he said in the meeting? That he is nuts? Sameer recollects that he said the same but keeps mum. Rakesh asks again and Sameer says i explained all and now no one will say anything to us. Rakesh says ofcourse coz truth was on our side. Naina agrees and asks to relax

Narrator-- To save myself, i lied but i din wanna tell anything to Naina coz what would Naina do if she found out i ratted her dad out as crazy? Life is strange. Irrespective of success or not, we do all to achieve it, including lie.

Part 3

Shubham's mom fumes about the whole mess. Shubham tries to calm her. Next day morning, Naina asks Sameer that there is a long list of producers yet to meet. Sameer says there is a news in Mayapuri about a new producers, lets go meet them. Naina assures that they will meet the producer for sure. Rakesh chides Naina for tailing Sameer everywhere. He tells her to focus on her CA studies. Sameer is shocked. Rakesh leaves. Naina agrees and asks Sameer to focus on his career while she will focus on her studies so she can be his strength. Sameer reluctantly agrees. BG- Bachna ae hasino.

Narrator -- This is called overconfidence. What can Sameer be except overconfident?

Precap -- Its a lunch/kitty party with Secretary and Preeti tastes the food and is coughing. Naina tries to calm her.
