Naina- Are waah! Tumhe ye bhi nahi pata ki tumhare bag mein kya hai..Lucky man..sab kuch kiya karaya milta hai..( Sameer did not say anything) Acha ye batao ki tumhe konsi hill-station pasand hai..

Yaar sameer is really lucky. Abhi uske parents karte hai aur baad mein naina karegi😉(I hope) (but did sameer's silence mean something here)

Naina-lekin wahi kyu.. India me to itne saare hill stations hai jaise Shimla Manali, Kullu, Mcleodganj, Auli, Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kufri aur bhi bahot saare..

OMG! ROFL !! This one was so good. And to be honest I have had this convo. With one of my friends while I had been answering like sameer because I was busy doing something else. . Thanks for reminding me of those beautiful memories.

Subah subah sab kuch kitna acha hota hai na.. sukoon sa mehsoos hota hai.. mere papa daily morning walk pe jate hain mujhe kehte hai jane ko but you know na Iam very aalsi.

I wish aisa hi Ho. Naina poori tarah se sameer ko change Karde for better.. Naina ke kitne rang hain.. Kabhi serious to kabhi bachi jaisi..

Sameer put on his bags and was about to take Naina's bag too when Naina said "I can do it on my own, Girl power you know.. Naina proudly pulled her trolley bag until she saw the stairs of the railway crossing..

Naina- Sameer tum ek ladki se itnaa bhari bag kaise carry karwa sakte ho.. ek kaam karo tum apni wo chhoti bag mujhe dedo aur ye lelo.. (Sameer obliged and Naina laughed) Tum na sach me bholu ho. Acha tum aage badho main kuch books aur khane ki chijen lekar aati hun.. (Naina went and Sameer said to himself "aur tum pagal ho Naina and he smiled)

Naina-moving train ko dekhne se mujhe chakkar aate hai..

Sameer- Ab train ruk gayi hai, apna sara saaman mujhe do aur chadh jao train pe main tumhe luggage dunga side mein rakhti jana..

Naina got on the train took the luggage from Sameer, He was having problem in getting into the train because of the heavy backpack he had.. To help Sameer.. Naina extended her hand " Sameer mera hath pakdo aur upar aa jao The train suddenly started in a jolt and Sameer almost fell on Naina but they were saved by the hill of luggage made by Naina.. Naina took support from the hill and saved both of them from collapsing on the floor.. Sameer's one hand was tightly clasped with Naina's and his other hand was on her waist trying to save her from the fall.. both were breathless by the cute accident.. Sameer had never been so close to a girl. He did not understand why there was a sudden gush of euphoria within him. He was unknown to the feelings storming in him. Sameer was about to dwell in her fragrance of her hair when other passengers disturbed them to allow them to pass.. Both of them were lurched out of the trance feeling awkward..

Naina reached her compartment which had four seating, Kamya and Hema had already occupied it with their boyfriends. Naina tried setting in her luggage but..

Kamya- Naina tum yaha nahi rahogi tumhare sath bore nahin hona hamein puri journey mein.. Yahan main Hema Priyank aur Vicky rahenge.. Tum Priyank ki sleeper me chali jao..( Priyank's accommodation was with Sameer)

She is so rude. 😡

Naina- Lekin main waha akeli kaise rahungi aur agar seats change karne se koi problem hui to?..

Kamya- koi problem nahi hogi aur aur tum waha kaise rahogi wo tumhari problem hai. WE want to be with our boyfriends aur waise bhi Sameer to tumhara boyfriend hai na..

Naina- Kamya just shut-up there is nothing like that between us, do not try to tarnish our relationship or spread such futile rumours.

Sameer- Naina chalo yaha se..

Agar kamya and hema ke kehene se samaina romance NAHI milta toh main uska muh Tod deti but Kyunki Hume Samiana romance Milega toh jaao maaf kiya.. 😆

Sameer was sharing his compartment with Munna and Pandit. They were from the junior batch hence they did not know each other.This will be their first meeting.

Munna and Pandit (together ) You are Naina Aggarwal right? You topped the training despite being from mechanical trade.. You are quite famous.

Sameer- Hi! I am Sameer Maheshwari. I and Naina are Managers at WRM ( Wire and Rod Mill) Actually Priyank who was supposed to be here has changed his seat so Naina will be here wit us.

Munna and Pandit together- that's good we will have fun together.

How sweet and inviting.

Sameer settled all their luggage. Naina took her seat beside the glass window. Sameer sat beside her and Munna and Pandit were on the other seat. Sameer was about to take out his laptop but kept it back on getting a look of disbelief from Naina. Naina called Preeti and informed her that the journey had begun.. Sameer got a call from his Mom. His mom instructed him to do no work in the trip and just relax and enjoy.. Naina noticed that there was a message from unknown number in her phone. The message read " I was waiting for you.. Acha hua tum aa gayi.. we will have good time together Naina ignored the message.

The conversations with moms were cute. The message seems fishy

Naina- Let's have coffee, Munna Pandit tum dono bhi loge na.. Lena hi hoga main jo bol rahi hu. ( Naina took out the flask and paper cups. Pured it for all of them)

How caring.

Munna- aap to kafi jugadu hain Ma'am

Naina- Don't call me Ma'am. Call me just Naina. ( Sameer was smiling throughout , This girl had the magic of making Sameer's heart light. Her presence washes away all the worries and tensions of Sameer. He rejoiced her presence)

Yay! He is falling in love..

Pandit- Cheers to karo sabhi..( all of them cheered in unison and began sipping the coffee, they were chitchatting trying to know each other better)

Naina's phone buzzed again and the message read: "Mujhe bhi tumhara ras pina hai Naina was disgusted on reading the message..

Sameer- Kya hua Naina? Any problem?

Naina- Nahi kuch nahi (Girls are used to such creepy messages and so was Naina and when gender parity is so pathetic You are like Ek Anaar Sau bimaar) To Munna Pandit batao are you liking your job or you have some other plans?

Pandit- Hamara to koi plan nahi ma'am. Main aur Munna bachpan ke dost hai..sath padhai ki..sath college aur job bhi ab yahin sath rehna hai kahin nahi jana..

Naina-That's so good and I am Naina not Ma'am.. (giving them a mastarni look) Inhe dekho.. inhe tum sir bulao.. He is perfectly that kind of person..all the time kaam kaam kaam.. pata hai abhi bhi inke dimaag me kya chal raha hoga?.. ye janaab soch rahe hoge ki kahin in kuch dinon me inki market value na gir jaye.. inke market shares jamin pe na aa jaye.. aur to aur kahin inke company hi na band ho jaye.. dekho Munna Pandit inke gambhir chehre ko dekhkar tumhe aisa nahi lagta.. Inka bas chale to Tata steel ka bhi saara kaam ye akele hi kar de.. (Naina was trying to tease Sameer to open him up with them and forget all the worries)

Sameer- Tum jaisa samajhti ho waisa kuch nahin hai...

Naina- To kaisa hai Sameer? Almost 36hours ki journey hai.. aur uske baad ek exciting trip.. tum kya aise hi rahoge.. We are here for break. It's an escape from our monotonous world.. Tumhe na Preeti ki jarurat hai.. wo hoti to tumhe ache se samjhati .. open up Sameer.. Just chill and enjoy.. Try to make new friends.. That's what we are here for..

Sameer- Naina abhi to journey shuru hui hai..itni jaldi mujhe judge nahi karo.. dekhna even I will relish this trip..

Naina- That's what I am saying Sameer. We have just 15 days. You should not waste even a minute,.. throw away all your tensions and worries Sameer. You should not do this to yourself.. Try to grab each moment so that you do not repent in future.. I am saying this now Because I want you to live each second fully..Life is too short to waste it on petty silly concerns..

Sameer- Allright Madam I will do as you please. I will try my best.

Naina- hey don't call me madam and I am sorry if I went too far. ( Mundit were observing them all through)

Munna- (after a deep thought) Aap dono girlfriend-boyfriend ho kya? Wo kya hai na aap dono ki chemistry dekh kar aisa laga..

Naina-Hihihaihiahia..(Naina laughed holding her tummy).. Girlfriend- boyfriend.. wo bhi hum dono? Hum dono abhi thik se friends ban jaye kaafi rahega .

(Sameer was smiling.. he was tickled by the use of the words girlfriend-boyfriend for them)

Chai lelo chai.. nimbu chai..chai lelo.. (twelve year kid was selling tea)

Naina- Mujhe chai peeni hai

Munna- Abhi to hum sabne coffee li thi na..

Sameer- Beta 4 jagah chai dena(Sameer paid the child) Le lete hai na chhota bacha hai..

Naina- haan waise bhi train me jo kuch bhi bechne aate hain na main sab khati hun..

Pandit- Really???

Munna- They are not so hygienic you know na?

Naina- haan lekin mujhe to kabhi kuch nahi hua..

Sameer- Munna Pandit tumhe nahi pata.. Naina Devi hain ye..

Munna Pandit and Sameer all of them burst in a fit of laughter..

Naina- Chup karo tum sab.. tum dono juniors mera Mazak uda rahe ho.. tum madam bulaoge mujhe.. aur Sameer tum? Tum to aise nahi the..

Sameer- Tumhi ne to kaha enjoy karna..(Naina smiled but her smile disappeared when she read the new flashing message on her phone Us Sameer aur un dono langoor k sath maza aa rha hai tujhe.. mere paas aa asli maza deta hun.. Naina did not want to ruin the journey hence she blocked that number)

Sameer- Koi problem hai kya Naina?

Naina- nahi kuch nahi.. unknown number se message hai..maine block kar diya don't worry.

Sameer- True caller mein nahi dikha raha?

Naina- Nahin.. Sameer don't worry let it go please. ab mujhe bhukh lag rahi hai.. Aunty ne packing ki hai na unhone jarur kuch diya hoga khane k liye.. do na please.. Main naste k liye kuch nahi laayi hun.. aur Munna Pandit tum dono bhi to lekar aaye hoge na. Main plate lekar aayi hun usi mein kha lege hum sab.

(All of them had their breakfast together from the same plate.. They were bonding and becoming friends.)

Sameer- Tumhe khana bahot pasand hai na?

Naina- Haan. I love eating.. I can't live without tasty food and my family.

Sameer- Haan wo to dikhta hai..(teasingly..he implied her slight extra weight)

Naina- Naina stuck out her tongue like a kid and tried to tease him back.

Sameer- Naina you sing really nice..us din bus mein aur aaj car mein.. TRuly you have a very sweet voice.

Naina- Well, I know that. Acha ye batao what are your hobbies?

Sameer- I don't have time for hobbies.

Naina- Really? Are you for real? No time for hobby(imitating Sameer) Phir bhi kuch to tumhe pasand hoga na?

Sameer- reading books

Naina- Same pinch Sameer. I am a bibliophile you know..other than reading books I love cooking and eating.. I am also interested in gardening and fiction reading..

Sameer- yesab tum hmesa karti ho?

Naina- Haan cooking and eating are staple.. and because these days I am preparing for competitive exams I do not get time for the rest.

Sameer- How do manage to be so vibrant with job ..studies ..cooking.. It's not easy to manage .. Even if one manages.. How do you stay so cheerfull.. I am not able to manage my life.. I am always lost in the thoughts of work even when I am sleeping..

Naina- Sameer mujhe lagta hai ki mere paas na jada dimag nahi hai to main apne brain ko jada stress nahi deti.. When I am at job all I think about is of my job.. When I study I never focus on anything but my books..Just like now when I am on a holiday I would only holiday.. What gives me strength for everything is my smile.. whatever might be the situation.. I do not loose my calm and tell myself this will also pass..

Sameer- I wish I could be like you.

Naina- don't worry.. I will teach you.. ab tum meri sangat me ho na..bas dekhte jao..

Pandit- Hello Sir Madam..hum dono bhi hain yahan..aap dono would be friends ne to apna group hi bna liya hai aur hamein ignore kar rahe hain..

Sameer- Aisa nahi hai Pandit.. acha ye batao koi plan hai kin ahi tum dono ke paas ..time paas kaise karna hai..

Munna- Are Bhai yahi to sunna tha hamein.. Sara jugaad hai hamare paas.. aap bolo kya karna hai..Hamare paas cards hain. Chess hail udo hai..carrom board hai phone me.. gaano ki list hai antakshari khelne k liye..

Naina- Chalo ludo khelte hain..

Munna- kar di na aapne wahi wali baat.. hamein cards khelna chahiye.

Sameer- Haan..munna sahi keh raha hai..

Naina- hmm lekin mujhe nahi aata kaise khelna hai..

Sameer- Hum hain na.. Sikha dege tumhe..

(they kept playing for few hours.. gradually Naina learnt the game.. Slowly Sameer was opening..and Munna Pandit were bonding with them

Sameer- kya baat hai 3:00 baj gaye aur Miss petu Naina ko bhukh nahi lagi ab tak..

Naina- actually kya hai na bhukh to lagi hai lekin Munna Pandit ki company me itna enjoy kar rahi hun ki bhukh k bare mein bhul gayi..

Sameer- Haan main to boring hun na Munna Pandit hi tumhare dost hain (making baby face)

Naina- waah tumhe to sab pata hai.. tum bhi mere dost ho samjhe.. Next stoppage Bilaspur junction hai.. waha se kuch khane ka le lege..

Sameer- No need to eat station's crappy food..

Munna- haan haan Sameer apna tiffin box nikalo.. jarur aunty ne kuch acha pack kiya hoga..

Pandit- Munna tub hi nikal tere bag se daal puri ki khushbu aa rahi hai.. Maine aunty ko call kar k kaha tha mere liye bhi bnane..

Naina- lekin Sameer aunty ne to sirf tumhare liye pack kiya hoga na..main kha lungi to phir tum kya khaoge..

Sameer- Don't worry meri mummy ne mere friends k liye bhi pack kiya hoga.. (read friends as Naina)

Naina- thik hai lekin abhi samose aur pakode wala ayega to mujhe wo bhi khana hai bas..

Sameer- Ok lekin thoda sa khana bas.. wosab kha k tabiyat bigad sakti hai..

All of them shared food..Naina and Sameer served the food.. Sameer was observing how Naina was eating and sometimes she was using both her hands to eat.. Sameer wondered how can someone be so untouched by the worldly norms..

Naina- Aunty khana bahot tasty bnati hain.. mujhe sikhna hai unse

Sameer- unki tarah khana kabhi nahi bna sakti tum..

Naina- acha aisi baat hai.. to phir Munna Pandit ye kha k batao ki kaisa bana hai..(Naina took out a box of gulab jamuns that she had made herself.. Munna Pandit could not stop appreciating it's taste.. but Sameer just kept smiling) Kuch bolo na Sameer kaisa laga

Sameer- Nahi bataunga..(and he laughed)

Naina- Ok nahi batao (sticking her tongue out) box do mujhe main sab dho kar aati hun wash basin se..

Sameer- Main bhi chalta hun

Naina- Nahin jarurat nahin hai..

(When she was done and was coming back the train was arriving the next station. Passengers had gotten off their seats.. It was difficult to get pass through them.. Naina was making her way back to her seat when Naina felt someone's hand through the length of her spine. She absolutely knew that it was intentional. She turned immediately to register who did it but to her dismay it was impossible to know. The assaulter either disappeared or was in disguise in front of her. Naina was all teary yet she tried to compose herself.. She felt helpless.. She blamed herself for it..Why wasn't I carefull enough.. Why it has to be me all the time.. Did I drop any such hint? All sorts of negativity engulfed her.. She was horrified by the incident and wanted to bury her face and hide.. Naina was shivering when she reached her place)..

Sameer- Naina kya hua tumhe? Bolo kya hua

Naina-kuch nahi

Sameer- Naina please bolo kya hua..

Munna-Pandit- Please btaiye kya hua..

Sameer- Naina calm down first..(He gave her water to drink) Munna Pandit abhi kuch nahi bolo Naina ko..She will tell us everything once she is at peace..

Naina- Sameer while I was coming back.. somebody touched my back as if he would scratch it.. It was very rough and he even pinched me at my waist.. It was just for a moment.. but it was horrifying.. I am scared.. I want to go back home..

Sameer- (held her hand and rubbed them to calm her racing nerves) Naina please don't worry .. I am with you.. kuch nahi hoga tumhe.. I will find out who that sociopath is.. He will have to pay for this..

Naina- Pata nahi kya ho raha hai Sameer.. Av to ye journey shuru hui hai.. pehle wo obscene messages aur ab ye..

Sameer-Tum us message karne wale ko ignore kar rahi thi na.. It might be the same person who did it..

Naina- yes..may be.. as per the messages he is somewhere around us.. he is watching us..

Sameer- What? (angrily) tumhe pata tha ki wo yahin hai aur tumne use ignore kiya.. How can you do this? Show me those messages.. ( Sameer read them and was red with rage and clenched his fingers in a tight fist..Munna & Pandit also read it) Yeh jo bhi hai.. he is part of our trek group.. He is not a stranger.. We just need to find out who is that wretch.. who do you think can do this?

Naina- Pata nahi Sameer main to kisi se baat bhi nahi karti.. aur hamare group me se koi aisa kare main soch bhi nahi sakti..

Sameer- Kya wo Karthik ho sakta hai? I have observed that you both have a bad equation and few days back I heard someone talking about your bitter relation with him..

Naina- hmm.. may be.. ho sakta hai.. But I don't think he would stoop so low..

Sameer- This is Karthik for sure.. Now all we need is to prove his crime.

Nice update Suma. I loved Naina's character. She got 1001 worries and problems but is ready to forget and live the moment fully. Also all ready to bring brightness in the life of those near and dear to to her. Sameer on the other hand is a typical example of those men who are struck with family responsibilities. Whether they are sleeping or awake they will be thinking of the well being of their family. Mundit are just jaan here also.
Loved the way how your are developing the story. Pls continue soon.
