Also, just a quick acceptance of Sameer for Naina will be not organic. Yes, he loves Naina but his faith that he is of equal value in her life equivalent to the importance he gives her, needs to be restored.

His frustration that he is not the priority for Naina needs to change. And only one person needs to work hard to restore Sameer's faith - Naina.

But what I want is this. Sameer goes to the mandir(or wherever Chachaji calls him),tells him upfront that he loves/loved Naina. Naina also says that she loves Sameer...

Then Sameer tells Naina and Chachaji that though he loves/loved Naina, he wants to have nothing to do with her. He tells Naina that today she might say she loves him because Chachaji is ok with it,but tomorrow she will drop him like a hot potato when her father disagrees.Then if her father agrees,her Taiji will disagree..Then if Taiji agrees,Tauji will disagree..And if they all agree,society will disagree. What you said may not be the view of majority but I guess still many will agree to it.

Before Sameer gets back to Naina, the doubts in his mind that he is not important for Naina must change. And you are also right in saying that after Anand, there are other members too including SS.

So, there is a long road ahead for Naina and its difficult for Sameer to completely trust Naina and his priority status for her.
