How is his character ruined ? Chachaji is not acting out of character. He is the same person who almost ruined his marriage coz of his anger at his trust being broken.. now also he is doing the same thing. He is ruining or should I say trying to ruin Naina's life coz of the same issue.

chachaji accepting the rishta is taking the story just in the right way... Once naina comes to know chachajiaccepted the rishta I think she will accept it too, and sam might deny any relation with naina. This will leace chacha wondering and he might confront them both... Only then will he know how much naina loves him...

I know we wa Ted him to talk to naina directly but phir aisa hojaata to drama quotient kahan hota...

I would hate it if Naina agrees because Chachaji said Yes, without telling what Sharad did. Earlier no one knew about Sharad. Now all know and Naina saw worse and Preethi knows too. If these 2 don't fight with Anand now then the strong personality of both Naina and Preethi is ruined.

he is similar to rakesh and tauji except for the fact that he supports female education. So its his true character that came out that was hidden behind "morals"
