Naina would accept their relation in front of chachjee and that would surprise sameer .

Secondly, the reason for her break up is still there. She is not out of the emotional termoil. We can see the pain in her and the helplessness in her eyes. Her heart is telling yes yes yes but brain is stopping her. I also think till she is prisoner of the promise to her Chachaji and trauma of seeing her father trying to suicide she is not capable of taking any stand for her most dear dream, the dream of her life with Sameer. So, may be she ran away crying. One more thing may be possible that before giving any answer someone informs Naina that someone (Sha) is looking for her and she goes from there. Then Sam & Sha fight will happen. So, for the time being proposal will remain unanswered.

Now coming to the Naina's biggest fear that she is not capable of accepting Sam's love in front of her family which triggered the drastic break up decision is to be erased.
