But this fellow didn't open his mouth...his in ability to stand up and tell a simple truth...made Shefali insecure and she confessed their love in front of every one...

All he had to do was to tell the truth. ONLY the truth...but he is so spineless even in front of his dad that he couldn't even utter the truth which was very harmless...nothing close to what Naina had done.

Regarding parents committing suicide .. that is blackmailing ...no matter what and how bad the situation is a parent SHOULD NEVER TAKE SUCH A DECISION...what are you trying to teach your kids...to give up in life...and NO kid should fall for such acts of parents and ruin their life...if he had done that , imagine how it would have affected Naina and Arjun...did he even think of it...kids make mistake you need correct them ...not commit suicide!!

I know a lot of you will have sympathy to Rakesh , but I don't because he is the root cause for his kids to go be this way...both his kids found affection outside the family is because they were not getting enough attention and love inside the house...they were being brought up that s all ...provided ...but kids need more than food clothing and shelter...Naina is still more balanced because of her chacha , else should be in a worse situation...with character she is ...she would have been just an obedient girl with no guts to take decisions in life..

Coz whatever Rakesh is... His kids love him irrevocably and unconditionally ...Kids in that era never questioned their parents ...And they whole heartedly loved them... Both Naina and Arjun have shown the love for their father again and again...

Other then that... Just once think about a 19-20 year old boy ..Think about his position...Think about his mental state... He may be just one or 2 year older then Naina...

If the forum accepts Naina's POV and desicions to break up her 2 year long affair...Just because she is seeing it in different light from viewpoint of her family...And we are here justifying her ... Then why are we name calling arjun in this...Spineless and what not...

Even Swati was worried when the family decided to call her mother...So what would you say...She was spineless to accept her relation...No ...Not...But given the situation where she can't voice her opinion..She was scared... Laters may be she would be able to convince her parents and make them see why she is in love ...But at that time she was scared to face her family...

For once I feel bad enough for all the kids who grew up in that time period... And similarly all the young people in our show... Naina , Sameer...Shefali..Arjun...Swati...Munna...

We did expect Arjun to take a stand for Shefali.. The way he was all brave n himmatwala in front of Shefali's mom, people's expectations from him did rise!!

I knew, yeh ladka sirf I love u bolega karega kuch nai. Unfortunately Arjun jaise ladke aaj k time mein bhi hote hain. For the first time felt bad for sheffali and her mom. Cvs ne bahut realistic dikhaya sheffali k mom ko num karake coz being a single mother, divorced, she can't do anything. Gahr mein ek admi na Hone ka problem Aisa Hota hain and not only in 90s but 2018 mein bhi hain. Aur ph bhi agarwals k samne kuch bolna is just a waste of time. Unka hi chalta hai society mein.
Ek cheez mujhe lame lagi taiji ki muh mein sirf maheswari kaise Agaya just because they want to show Naina darjaye and sameer ko ignore kare cvs ne kuch Bhi dukhaya but never mind cvs ko har episode mein kuch mistake kare bina episode pura nai hota and I think oh manoosh track ka parallel Karane wale hain. Yeh break up track next week se jyada drag nai karenge just like afeter sameer return till colz mein manoosh track end hona. Pehele sameer dar Gaya tha toh he ignored Naina and aab life mein kabhi bhi yeh baat k liye nai darega and now it's sameer turn to make Naina realize ki caste and all matter nai karta joh pyar karte hai. I don't think Naina Rakesh ki waja se break up karegi rather dar ki waja se karegi ki sadhi nai hogi isliye yeh toh Taiji ne mistakely yeh bola. And I think Samaina ki secret marriage toh 100% hogi aab iske baat coz sadhi hogayi matlab in future agarwals have to accept Samaina relation anyhow. Agar 2018 Hota toh divorce kara k bhi door kardete but 90s mein izzat and all ki baat hoti thi, sab ko pata chalta tha toh ladki ko sadhi hona mushkil hota tha.
