new comers r exploited in every profession.. kuch naya nahi... hamse pucho...😆 ..
Chandan ki Tarah ghisne ke baad hi sona milta hai.. 😆
But in long run nothing matters as much as one's attitude, chahe koi bhi industry kyun na ho.. hope he and Hema learns from this little incident..
Hema says she lost two lead roles thts lost opportunity for her.. but ask Ashi who even shot for 10 pilot epis as lead earlier for another show but show never got picked up by the respective channel...
Little do ppl know that Ye Hai Mohabbatein was in pipeline for 1 year after shooting pilot epis (courtesy: from Divyanka's initial IVs) before Star Plus finally picked it up.. imagine the luck of Divyanka Tripathi.. jiska second run itna successful hua vo bhi iss age pe..
Ask popular actors like Sanaya Irani whose Meenu Mausi got shelved indefinitely..
in short, paisa, influence, buttering, gussa, attitude kuch kaam nahi karta jitna aapka talent aur mehnat karti hai
In long run kUch nahi to The Rohit Chandel se hi sikh lete.. bechara was the most exploited actor on the show.. imagine for a month u don't get even a single dialogue.. he too worked for his charater as much as any other actor.. and the worst thing was tht he had auditioned for the role of Arjun but got rejected .. he would have been happy to get whatever screen time or fame he had gotten from his role of Arjun...
and thts why actors like Sanjay and Raghav r v grateful that their roles got significant.. as their popularity rose with SAmaina's love story..
even Ashi and Randeep who have tasted bitter pill of disappointments early in their career knows the importance of opportunities and how things work in this industry and thts y thy r always guarded and keep their profession and hard work above everything else... and never fail to mention how grateful thy r for this role and opportunity..
also thr r many factors/ppl that play a role in decision making of a particular show.. channel, producers, creative team, marketing team, actors, TRPs all have a say.. and a collective decision is made in board room...
and things cannot work on whims and fancies of a particular actors..
I have been following so many seasoned actors and thy have learnt thru experience to never interfere with a pH's decision and stick to their chosen role.. and if thy r not satisfied, leave cordially without making a mess or fuss..
but actors have right to speak up the way thy want, but thn thy should b ready to pay the price .. its their choice, their decision..
