I have a slightly different view on this
Why does this delhi track had to be all about judaai only?... I jwas so excited for this track... This track meant us getting an insight into the somani family dynamics... I wanted to see sam getting along with step father, his gradual bonding with his siblings, his distance with his mom getting decreased... Bt instead we get an old lady plotting endlessly against sameer with the help of a servant... I don't understand the need of this daadi character in the first place... Somani was enough to create problems in sameer's life... Sameer changing the perception of somani about him woukd have been the ultimate win for him... What was that haircut drama, sweater drama all about?... It didn't help the story in any way.

Coming to the judaai thing... It wasn't even handled well... Did sameer and naina ever had a serious talk about important things... Something similar to that of the talk they had before the Mt. Abu trip... Sameer is caught up in real life problems and naina is totally clueless abt it... He shares absolutely nothing with her... Be it his stint with the mawaalis or whatever daad was doing... Nothing is ever discussed other than doing love talks over phone and letters... Sharing their problems and worries with each other would've made their relationship stronger.

All those hits n misses... Nothing ever made any sense... It was highly unrealistic... It was as if naina was brought to delhi for hit n miss... Above all, now this sacrifice thing... None of the things in this delhi track apoealed to me.

Ps... These are strictly my views.

Agreed! Dadi was never needed! The first 2 weeks plotting was total torture and not needed. I rather liked scenes like dadi subtly noticing Vishakha making Sameer eat. That itself conveys things, rather than plotting drama. But I only tried to analyse what was given to us and made sense of it.

As for conversation.. I wish we saw more of it before judaai. I still crave for one. Its pretty clear he does not want to tell things to Naina when it comes to him struggling emotionally, rest he shares. He said to MunDit too. But she is getting to know things pretty soon am very sure of that. He is yet to sit down properly with her and talk. Like he said, "Na jaane kitni baatein karni thi tumse dil ki". Its coming up real soon, as they come face to face.

And after this, he will vow to not hide anything.. ever again. That too am sure.

By the VOs its pretty clear, they have shared and confided with each other everything. Naina talked about Delhi boys/English film whereas Sameer knows about Shanti teacher incident or about his radio station day. So they share a lot, than what is shown to us, but VOs convey to us subtly very well imo.

Latest preview video by SSP has all my heart!
So so so happy! So its Vishakha!!! The preview video has made me super happy yet super emotional right now! Happy tears.. for the fact that its Vishakha taking the call, understanding his sadness, that his happiness is in Ahemdabad and everything unspoken in between the lines... and that he is also coming back!! This is either Tue or Wed's episode. Just give it to me already!

Now am super positive, this isn't stretching for long. Sameer cannot hide from Naina for long. Just let them come face to face! All hell will break loose! I look forward to this!!! And its gonna be in school.. the place which saw everything.. will witness their reunion too! Bet, Confession, Judaai.. now Reunion!

Emotional reunion coming up peeps!! Cheers! Judaai ending! Yaaas!

So wat is Rohan role in this? Yes I too think the only way to move forward is to talk about it with
each other and understand each other. If they don't have that episode - this judai track is all wasted.

Yes positive about the future but I am hoping they go swift, crisp and awesome execution-theseeare the only things that can save the esseesse of this show.

I agree with angelic567. They completely messed up Delhi track!! And I think they do talk more than what is shown to us like how once Preeti mentioned about Sameer's Dadi. And that is what is amiss here the things CVs should have shown they have not and they showed what was not needed at all.

Rohan.. ah! I so so wanted more scenes of them together! I hope we get something but I really have not much expectations tbh. It will be more than before but not much I think? Their bonding should have happened early on in the track, atleast a week early if not more. So then we could expect a convo. Lets see!

@Bold: Agreeed! YUD's strength was and is lightheartedness, simplicity, love, pure relationships and not drama. Along with like you said its execution. The combo of simplicity and the way they execute it in Ahmedabad is what I fell in love with. Which lacked in Delhi. With Ahem being back, I am sure its al gonna be okay and be back!

🤗 I know how much time and effort you put in the post and gave me hope on the reason I stayed with the show despite dadi's cringe worthy action..

For 160th week added this. So many things happened, I forgot about this!!
On Naina's front this week:
I wanted to talk about Shanti mam bits. Naina knows her love isn't wrong. And she took a stand for it in front of Shanti teacher for herself and Sameer, Both. And proved her right because of her vaada to Sameer. That one vaada grew her character so much during judaai. Her love for Sameer is her strength. She can fight the world for it, but with her own principles and would never cheat.

-------
Adding as episodes air this week I will add key stuff I notice:
#Ep171
Mausam badalte badalte, saal bhi badal gaya tha. Aur issi ke saath Maa ke saath jo mera rishta mazboot hua tha woh phir se badal raha tha. Mein lights on karke samajh raha tha ki main mere apno ke life mein roshni laa raha hoon. Mein kisse bewakoof bana raha tha?Main jo kar raha tha usse bas mere sabse zyada apno ko dard milne wala tha.. Meri Maa aur Meri Naina.

Forecoming:
Mere Nanaji kehte the, ki zindagi mein agar kuch bura na ho toh acche ka maaza nahi aata. Isiliye toh mirch lagne ke baad, khayi hui mithai humein zyada meethi lagti hai. Nahi toh humein aadat ho jati hai swad ki aur hum uska maaza lena chhod dete hai. Ek taraf mein yeh soch kar dukhi tha ki main Naina se kabhi nahi mil paunga. Dusri taraf woh mujhse milne ki umeed mein khush thi. Dono ka pyaar ek-sa tha, bas pyaar ka swad.. alag-alag.

Their love is pure love. Naina's love and faith in Sameer is something which will never fade away.. which will actually become Sameer's strength, as he witnesses it himself once in Ahemdabad. Not only Naina, but MunDit too. They are Sameer's anchors. Like VO said, "Unhe dekh kar toh apni kismat pe ghamand ho raha tha mujhe"

So its Naina's hope & faith vs. Sameer's fear. We kno who will win!!

This VO tells us what is to come when something happens which Sameer didnt expect.. that is Vishakha to send him back to Ahemdabad. It will all be fine very soon. Rose in Naina's plant is symbol that its all gonna be okay. What the VO said about swad and life is very true. Bad times make us cherish good times even more. Last straw of sadness for Sameer.. last time he is letting his emotions take better of himself. The learning from this life lesson of his is going to be lifelong.

VOs like these, make me connect with characters so much. And the way they are voiced are also perfect. Like I said, Sameer's VO is of someone very sorted, experienced, emotional, intense man. A big learning coming up for him! I look forward to this!

VOs are soul of the show. Till today, the importance and essence of VOs isn't lost and am sure it won't in future too. Unique quality with YUD!

yes you are absolutely right about VO- without them this show would be like any other show.. and totally not relatable to any other generation... the VO and its connection to today makes it so much more lovable... I do have complains about Naina's VO- I understand when we look at past we laugh on the stupidity we did... but that laugh when we are actually witnessing the incident just feels out of place...laughing after the incident makes it ok but during the event happening just makes us loose the very intensity of the event happening..

Coming to our Sameer- I see this unfolding as the class hospital showdown between naina and Sameer... I have never felt Sameer had the guts to ever express or take a stand.. he has always been a bystander... and a reacting person... I don't think he will be the one to tell Naina to go away-- he will be the one to act aloof and it will be Naina to confront and strongly express her feelings and have a major showdown.

I hope that happens- because I think the leads are due for one- where the whole year comes out in tears.. and anger.. and they sort it out and conquer it and pass it together to start something new going ahead...and somewhere we are due for it too-- we have been confused, angry and disappointed with this track as much as them as well. We need that closure just like them.

The upcoming letter that Munna has- would be just that I feel- asking her to concentrate on studies as board exams are approaching and he is going to do the same-- so he might not write that often..and she should not.. to give her time and pace to get her priorities completed ...I would be very surprised if he breaks up with her in the letter- bcoz the precap for the week shows Naina very happy...

I love how you write down the VO's they make it all the more better ...I look forward to more of our discussions going forward 😊
