i cant help but post again.. thank you so much for bringing out the inherent flaw in Sameer;s character out...
he like to run away from things bcoz of the short comings from his childhood- nanaji saying he always used to pout if things would not go his way instead of solving it himself...

he has always need support in growing up- nothing wrong with that- but that is our Sameer... when the headboy competition didnt go his way- he took up the bet and didnt realize he would find naina.. and fall for her...

when the bet was disclosed- he chose to run away and not face her.. and when he saw her in the hospital he ran away- bcoz he got scared- that it was him that did that to the one who loved him... but there were mundit that brought him back and made him realize to own it and take responsibility...

when he was sick and naina came to the hospital and told him the fact of what was making him say sorry- it all came out and he realized that he had fallen head over heels for her from a long time ago--- he never realized it bcoz no body made him realize it- mundit tried and prodded him but he always let it go...

but when he realized it he owned it and committed to make her happy even at the expense of his own love for her...and he took on the weeding and the taunting and beating from her family...

when he was all alone in delhi-- he took to wrong ways bcoz no one made him realized what he was suppose to do..

after meeting naina and taking out his frustration on her- and that phone call after that - made him realize what he did was wrong and he needed to own his actions and be stronger... that made him accept his mistake about running away...

the bad boys gang--no one said stop-- if Rohan would have stepped up at that time dont know if that would have helped him as he needed someone to tell him to stop bcoz he knew he was wrong...and thats when mundit came and brought him back to love..

now this whole people dying bcoz of loving him track- will have to end with them meeting-- bcoz that is the flaw of the character... If they dont meet for whatever reason- that would throw him a world of fear and chaos-- where it might be impossible to bring him back... bcoz this time he will run away not bcoz he is angry on himself or someone else.. but bcoz he is scared for his loved ones.. and that is the true growth of the character...

So If this is what CV really want to portray.. then naina needs to pull him back and make him feel safe and secure to grow...

bcoz naginmam very rightly said in her interview- its Sameer that has struck gold by loving naina and not the other way around..

let me know what you think...

Very nice and detailed analysis Anshu! 😊

Love your week to week descriptions of the track - it really helps to look back and analyze it more closely.

Yup, the worst part of the track was KeDi for sure. Still cannot understand what the makers were thinking by including these two characters. A strict, disciplinarian would have worked, but the childish and one-note Dadi, always plotting with only one agenda on her mind was a major turn-off. It really did ruin the track for me. I mean, you can't watch the episodes in their entirety because of Dadi, unlike in the previous tracks where episodes were really watchable from beginning to end.

Other things I didn't like - I get it that Rohan is a quiet and more observant character, but imo, no excuse for not showing any gradual progress between him and Sameer. They could have added a few scenes here and there, and it would have been so much better. Also, was not a fan of Sameer taking his anger out on Naina and returning to Delhi. I get he was angry, but the fact that he just left after that made no sense to me. And the Rajiv Gandhi angle also was unnecessary to me and could have been omitted.

Lafangey track - Even if I can justify Sameer falling into wrong company and losing track of himself, I would still say these scenes were very uninspired, except for Sameer's VO's.

Speaking of the VO's, I like that you mentioned the noteworthy ones in the track. In fact, many a times they became the strongest points of the episode. I do have to agree that despite the awful scenes of KeDi, there was nice progress in Samaina's relationship, through their phono convo's and letters. Also, yes the individual character growth/journey for Sameer and Naina was overall written well.

Other things I DID like - NaMunDit bonding was excellent. Was so glad to see gradual progress in this area, and it was one of the positive aspects of the judaai, also Naina-Preeti. Like you said, Ahem track was overall still good.

Coming to the last episodes of this track, unfortunately they have decided to stretch things even further and have really upped the emotions and drama. Definitely this entire track could have been shortened by a week or two - really am hoping these next three episodes end the track in a positive way with Samaina's reunion.

In conclusion, for me the negatives outweighed the positives in this track. Am really glad it's finally over, and am looking forward to the new track, regardless.

I think I rambled way too much here, sorry if I was all over the place. 😆

Lovely!! You summed up Sameer's journey right from the start so freaking well! Well done!
@ the Delhi boys thing.. Yes! No one told him to stop. So he just went on and on. Until MunDit came into play and gave him reality check.

@Bold: Yes! Thats what I feel too. He needs to finally overcome his fears & get better hold of his emotions. He can't let anyone come and play with his emotions. Like the VO said, this is "testing" him. And thats right, its his test! And he will pass the test am sure. Naina is right by his side this time, she will help him out. And this life learning of his will be deep. And he will get hold of his emotions for the longer run this time round. The thing is, 92 leap can't happen, if he isnt out of this unlucky feeling. As he will shut himself, from not only Naina but Maa too. So whatever has to happen is happening in Monday ep for sure. So looking forward!!

@ Rohan part - Yes, I surely wanted more scenes of them. Its like filling in the gaps ourselves which happened a lot in Delhi actually and not just with Rohan part. So, it was a downer for many while the eps were coming at us one by one.

@ Rajiv Gandhi & anger - I myself am not sure if it was needed lol. But now that we got it, I guess I will try to look at it this way! Wondering how else this anger thing could be handled? Okay, lets not think. Judaai is ending.. lets move on lol its all done and over with :P

@ Lafangey track - Yes, even I agree, the portrayal of scenes deffo made us look at it in an uninspiring way and was hard to accept for us for sure. And yes when such things happened, VOs made us connect back to the show.

@Bold - Yes the negatives were so much, thanks to KeDi sh*t. That it made us look at them more than positives. Sooo true! Sigh! Delhi was just not upto the mark like Ahemdabad!

So according to the new spoiler on last day of school.. seems like hiding from Naina thing doesn't get resolved till he comes to Ahemdabad? Or what I made out from him running away from Naina on last day of school on SBS. But its deffo getting resolved soon and in this week itself I think (going by the weekly trend of theirs) & what I perhaps understood still stands true.. its still gonna result in their Milan. Am looking forward to how now. Very curious what CVs have planned since we don't have much episodes left of Delhi.

I also don't get how 92 leap happens if unlucky thing sticks with Sameer. Would he not distance himself from Maa too?

Ah! This week is gonna be interesting. Am still positive.

But he was shown happy coming back to PVKM in first shot of the segment lol. So maybe he was just running as he came back to Ahemdabad as giving a surprise to her. Lets seee!!

Added this part in my original post as well.

it looks like the last day of shoot is def couple of months away from the current sequence- maybe another leap of couple of months??If so in the current track either Naina or Vishakha has to be the one to pull Sameer out of this chaos created by dadi..
if Naina and Sameer don't meet in Delhi - Vishakha has to be well to pull him out... or we will loose him on this...

and I think I am ok if its not Naina as soon they are going to be together and she will be the one doing the heavy lifting so it should fall on Vishakha this time to bond and understand and bring back her son to the side of love and understanding.

What are your thoughts on today's episode and precap?? does this even sync ? I was ok with them not meeting but the whole promise to god thing- that he will never meet is just too far stretched.. what do you think would be the turning point?

and if he never wants to meet her- what is he doing in the school at the last day?

I found the execution very poor of such a delicate situation.. superb acting by the leads.. but just disheartened by the execution

They are clearly few things amiss from what has been shown to us in spoilers. I can't seem to connect the dots yet and hence am super confused. I was ok till now too but this last stretch of Judaai of being away from her so she is ok is just baaah! Yes its taking his emo trait of his and stretching it by the CVs!! I feel they wanted to show all 'shades' of love and this relates to Judaai and hence that is brought in which is like seriously? A love story need not have all shades of love in it, dear CVs! They are filling all sad drama they can during judaai track so that later on, nothing remains lol. I hope thats the case.

So we are right, going by tmro's synopsis, he not only distances himself from Naina but Maa too. I still can't understand how the 92 leap is happening with him doing this. MunDit not worried? Naina? She will keep waiting for him thats for sure. Its either.. he keeps no contact.. so CVs will cut the chase and leap to 92? But what is happening in Delhi end? Maa will ofcourse be fine soon. Does he think he distanced, so thats y she is ok? I can't understand why he returns? Maybe Maa makes him understand but I guess somewhere still doubts himself and hence runs away from Naina. You are right.. it feels execution is lacking. Once episodes air maybe it will make more sense.

The thing is, he can hide all he can being away in Delhi. But once he returns, he cant hide from NaMunDit even for a day lol. Ain't happening so he will be caught pretty soon by NaMunDit & Naina will give him an earful. It will be her pulling him out of this fully and his learning on his emotions is then lifelong. Maa will too I guess but its only Naina with whom he will share everything once she confronts. I expect a full breakdown of his in front of her. I hope they come face to face atleast by Friday end. I will buy everything then CVs, just end this soon! Am still hopeful its just one of those weekly tracks! Not super dragged.. but but CVs, we are impatient! Ah!

ps: Yup! No doubt, enacted well by both!!
