Telephone was new thing for me... I was so excited to use that phone... But get less chance though. In our home still that phone is kept but we use less.

Nice Post. Revived lots of memories. I remember the time when we used only to pick up the phone and the person from telephone exchange would ask the number whom we want to call. Then they will connect. How we used to wait for dad to call during weekends. They will inform that we are receiving call from so and so number and we will call everyone around to take turns to speak to him. And sometime we used to get cross connection. Two others will also be talking at the same time. It used to be frustrating at that time, now it only brings a smile.
