Nivi, haven't seen episode yet. Based on your post and LU...
I'm hanging onto a fine string here that the writers have something story planned for Vishakha-Sameer varna this track ka faida? Along with their separation, finding ways to stay in touch and their getting back together ultimately which is the base, Sameer's stay in Delhi should have some meaning.
What use would sibling bond be if the distance between him and Vishakha is not gone.

Why the PDA with Rohan in front of Sameer ?When you brought milk for Ro why not for Sameer ?
Why the indifferent treatment, what is she afraid of? Hmmm will still wait before passing any judgement.
Something big should happen to Sameer to get an outburst from her I guess.

And Rohan kya cheez hai kuch pata nahin. He is way too protected. And Somani would always complain that Sameer is too sheltered under Nanu !

Baaki you have said it all.
Naina's lies are going to blow up soon and that is when she'll come out of her shell. As you said I feel bad for Chacha-Chachi who will be hurt most when Sameer-Naina truth comes out.

How peacefully Sameer slept after talking to Naina. Bechari Naina slept next to the phone waiting for Sameer's phone call.

Bina getting angry is ok. I mean if any parent sees a kid sleeping like that next to a phone will question the girl. But yaar her choice of words is cringe worthy. "Girls of this age will hug pillow like this and sleep etc etc", is it not too pervert kind of dialogues to be talking in front of your own kids?

Preeti again saved Naina and Swathi too helped her.

What would Naina do without these two on her side.

But what was the need to panic regarding the Redial button on the phone. It would have probably gone to the video cassette guy. 😆

Again Naina needs to control her emotions.

If you all remember, even after the bet revelation, Naina did react very extremely. I guess this is her nature. But long run this kind of outbursts and extreme reactions have to be toned down.

Vishaka can come and kiss Sameer when he is sleeping and when he is awake no such show of love? 😕

Evil vicious Dadi and her evil plans to torture Sameer 😡

Sameer is just 17 and she must be over 70. What kind of sadistic pleasure she finds in doing all these extremely cheap and disgusting plans.

And the way sinister servant sneaks in on people in their bedrooms at night, either to listen to their talks or steal their belongings is creepy, don't you all feel.

(Remember he sneaked in on Bobby and Vishaka too and heard about them talking about Sameer)

So whose plan was it to use the sweater as mop cloth? 🤢

Yay Nivi,finally Vishaka got a new sari..Finally a different color..Vaibhavi is beautiful..dono why she prefers light color saris..does tat have to go wit her character..Wat ever reason it cud b..finally she changed her sari😆

I agree wit u Nivi regardin Nainas lies..Whn the family comes to knw of her affair wit Sameer,the 1st ppl who will b blamed wil b Chacha n Chachi..they have raised her..any fault in Naina,taiji doesnt hesitate to blame Bela..Leave Bela aside,Chachaji wil b the most disappointed one for havin broken his trust..He has always trusted Naina and encouraged her wit so much positivity in everythin she does..Rakesh n Bina r hopeless..I agree as family nothin wrong in correctin the child if they think is wrong,but thy cross al lines and talk dirty..Nivi,Naina said she spoke to swathi,isiliye the redial thing came up..Preeti is the best sister any 1 can have..Shes protecting Naina from everythin she can do ..no1 wud ever think these two r cousins..they support each other like own sisters..N swathi,wat a trustworthy childhood friend Naina has ..Remember,even Swathi had a crush on Sameer,but the minute she knew Naina n Sameer had something goin in b/w them she backed off..She has always tried to support Naina instead of showin any hatred or being mean to her..This is wat friendship is al abt..Leave alone the love angle in this show,the show has definitely redifined the meaning of friendship n sisterhood..Munna,Pandit,Preeti n Swathi wil go to any extent for NAINA N SAMEER..im so eager to c @wat positions each one of them r n how their bonding grew in their adult phases..More than Naina sang Sameer,im excited to c the adult friendship amongst this group..

Aft Nanus death,this is the 1st day Sameer woke up wit a smile thinkin abt his ph conversation..Was soo gud to c him smile aft soo long..I luved him annoyin Mr timetable😆..Whn wil we hear Rohan speak..Its been a week he was introduced n still nothin to say😕..Vishakas luv towards Rohan seems so forced to me..She doesnt seem genuine doin tat ,and she definitely can c that Sameer is being affected wit al tat.His indirect taunts whn she asked him abt his hand .Im waitin whn she wil break down Nivi..The delhi track is mainly for Sameer to change his dynamics wit his MOM,otherwise this track isnt of any use.Im sure there is something else which Sameer is unaware of and the day he knows hel show Dadi her place,.Vishaka doesnt have a say to Keshav too..dadi was talkin nonsense today too,and Vishaka was jus standin Helpless,n her expressions did say she wasnt happy too regardin the stale food served to him,but why cant she question😕..Im glad atleast Sameer wasnt served stale food in Vishakas absence and then Vishakas ears being filled by Dadi..Glad he walked off kicking the chair,Vishaka shud realise wat mistake she is makin by jus standing on mute

Dadi didnt take the bike damage litely..She must have seen sameer sleepin in the room huggin the sweater..I think she must have thought Nanu gifted him,n its very precious,so she made keshav use it as a mop😡..I cant wait for monday to c wat Sameer wil do to Keshav,,Dadi is waitin for a reason to send him off to a hostel coz she knows he cant stay alone in Ahmedabad considering his age..Shes waiting for Sameer to loose it completely so tat Somani can send him off to a hostel,and this is wat Vishaka doesnt want ..Sameer needs to play it smart wit that lady..

As if her dialouge delivery wasnt enough,shes singin tooo..grrr,i wana bang my head..KITTU GIDWANI cant act..i loved Sameer laughin..Randeep is soo gud in such scenes,tats his usual self naa😳..

forgot to mention there was soo much of discussion if Naina wil b promoted to class 12 inspite of failin 😆😆,yeh sirf Unit tests hain😆..I think Taiji wil b blamed for her scoring less coz shes makin preeti n naina do household chores😳..So Sameer writes to Munna n Pandits address..Yay..Will Naina write to Amritas 😳..The excitement on their faces,for writin n reading the letter ..aww..I think this wil play out mid week

n regardin Poojas wedding video,i think Bela wil notice Sameer n Naina..The wedding promo had her surprised cing their antics naa..If its taiji who sees,then Naina wil get married off n tats for sure..Naina stil continues her studies,so i have a feelin Bela wil b the one who wil notice in the wedding video..Initially obviously she wudnt encourage,but then remember her promise shel give sameer wat ever he wishes for patchin her up wit Chachaji..so shel b the one helpin too mayb goin forward :)

Your points on Chacha Chachi are absolutely right but I will try and give a diff perspective on it..

While it is true that Naina has a lot of freedom in that home and it would seem that Naina is betraying it but as Nandy rightly observed..in a conservative set up of the times..freedom did not necessarily include the liberty to confide in your elders..The liberal atmosphere was relative but adolescents do go through the phase..if one notices...Chachaji says humari bachiyan aisi nahin hain.. meaning they felt that our kids won't go astray..or they wouldn't ever go this route.
There is a certain interpretation I have of this..Liberal parents are better equipped to handle this phase than very strict ones... becos they can better advise the kids what pitfalls to avoid.
In this specific case... Anand and Bella may feel upset but I don't think they will react badly as if heavens have fallen...just a conjecture.. 😊

Due to work load I wasn't able to discuss certain points since past few days...hope I can rant/ramble today...Sorry in advance but I find your thread discussion worthy...

Vishakha- The lady who kissed and sometimes comforts Sameer in Somani land, today I saw a very different amount of discomfort on her face. She saw knows this very well that Sameer doesn't like that the amount of love which he was supposed to get is getting showered on Rohan, and Sameer isn't even getting 10% of it, despite of being her own blood. Sooner or later the truth will come out which will play a big role in her life. She feels guilty for not being there for Sameer but now it has been so many years that it is difficult for her to go back. These many years back of her mind she was happy that if not me then atleast my dad is his caretaker. May be after looking at Somanis she didn't want Sameer to live in that hell place cause she knows they will ruin his life. And now she is worried because of Sam's anger, and that's why she expects him to behave calmly and get adjusted so that nobody troubles him. She knows Somani and Dadi very well now and somewhere down the line she herself doesn't want Sameer to live with them.

Kekta Vibes- Sameer giving tashan and all that is cool and fine, but why are CVs giving us Kekta pieces in between. I mean Naukar giving expressions like komolika is just too much to handle. Are they getting low trps from this show and hence they want to attract kekta serial crowd?😕...I'm not able to understand this mindset at all...this villain Dadi-Keshav are difficult to bear...I can tolerate Taiji-Rakesh drama than this...I mean change from Agarwals is fine, they would have shown Dadi is taunting Queen, why scheming Queen...😕..Judaai is not the problem for me...I like it ...but this...

Sameer slept with a smile and laughed hard on Sa Re Ga ma😆👏...Btw Dadi's saree was nice but blouse was whack🤢...Vishakha got a new color saree today...Fandom ko laga jaise dessert mein baarish...😆...Sameer ka precap mein naya shirt dikh raha...lagta hai shopping ho gayi😆

Sameer trying to get attention- I don't know if anyone felt this, but somehow Sameer knows his mother isn't worth trying, Dadi is useless, Somani is hopeless and Deepika is too young. Other than teasing and making fun of Rohan as he knows he is Dadi ka Ladla, somehow I felt he craved for attention from him. It's been two days and the guy didn't talk to him a word, not even after his bike was broken. Somehow Sameer thought that just like other Somanis he will say him something bitter, may be get angry but Rohan didn't do any such thing and this thing is irking Sameer's subconscious may be...He needs some reaction from Rohan and hence he teased him, disturbed him, etc.

Anybody would doubt Naina she was that vulnerable. But I agree to you I feel bad for Chacha-Chachi when they will come to know about this, especially if they come to know about it in a very negative manner, it will be heart-breaking.

i have the same thoughts on Vishaka too..even i feel she doesnt want him @ somanis but then now there is no choice either..She jus wants to control himself so tat he doesnt end up in a hostel as Somani n Dadi r hell bent on sendin him to one..Even now,she is not reacting for anythin Dadi says or does coz she knows Sameer wil burst out even more whcih wil eventually turn negative for him..Im waitin for her to break down soon,and Sameer to know wat really went wrong in her leaving him coz wat Dadi said is not the entire truth..The delhi track is itself to change the dynamics of Vishaka n Sameer..If tats not done,then this track is itself of no use..The way she tucked him n kissed him which he is unaware of tells me there is somethin more to al her PDA towards Rohan ..

Posting in instalments today as things occur to me..

Writing about Vishaka the character is fraught with challenges.. we know so little.. we can assume so much and it is a character (mother) that is so vulnerable to interpretations and explanations. What I write below is a freewheeling thought open to discussion..

Since I see Vishaka as a character who is a woman first and then a mother, I would like to be guided by only what the story has shown to us so far.

Today's flashback about her dad and her stealthily coming into the room was there for a reason.
Vishaka either accepts that she has been a poor mother or she is not sure how to be a the mother that her father wanted her to be to Sameer...in either situation, the character portrayed her helplessness..

I often feel when we speak of the expectation of a good mother we are assuming that every mother has the instinct to be one..but is it inconceivable that sometimes a mother may not know how to be a mother, for instance when distance or misgivings rule a relationship, it may not necessarily occur to the person how to smooth the creases without forming new ones. Somehow I see Vishaka's character exhibiting that. I won't hazard a guess that a backstory will reveal it fully or the narrative will use the past and present to put forth the case..but for me she is an enigmatic character and while some of her actions belie a common sense approach to solving issues...I feel the writers have a plan.. I just wish they wrote Dadi better.. Kitu has been a disappointment but the writing is all coming across a bit strangely. If she is able to state in very clear terms that Sameer was unwelcome in the house earlier on...why is she trying so hard to be Janus faced now...Her own son does not want Sam in the home and Vishaka is already doing her bidding so where is the need for her to try so many underhand tricks to drive Sam out..UNLESS her motive is to make Vishaka send Sam away again? 😕

Nice writeup. I haven't seen the episode yet and will write more once I have had a chance to watch.

Glad to see that Sameer has been heartened by communicating with Naina. The support and loyalty between Naina, Preeti and Swati is lovely. Your points are well taken about the lies told by Naina. However it doesn't seem as if the most liberal of the family members, chacha and chachiji would support her if she told the truth. More drama to come with the video tape airing.

I have to say, can someone pleeease send Dadi and Keshav back to whatever serial they escaped from. I'm sure there is a PH that might be looking for them.
